We needed a buffer after that match and that buffer was Elias. He came out to play his guitar but as he did the guitar broke. He has been sabotaged. He got mad and kicked his equipment.
In the back ran into the B Team. He said that they are feeding off of his reputation. He will prove he is better than Daniel Bryan tonight. Do you guys want to fetch his limo? Nope, we are leaving to celebrate. And we aren’t the Miztourage anymore. We are the B Team, and the B stands for Bryan. They mocked him and left. He was incredulous.
Miz vs. Daniel Bryan is up next.
Miz is out first. He kissed his wife at ringside. She has a "baby" with her. Probably a doll, like they did before.
The crowd is split between both guys at the start, as Miz begs off of Bryan. It's very even early on. They kept at it, with the momentum going back and forth. They are working hard and it's good stuff. It's really cool to watch Bryan work now, he protects himself so much more but still looks bad ass doing it.
Just as I said to my wife that Miz's chest is busted up, Corey said the same thing.
Miz tried to do Yes kicks but Bryan hulked up. Ne grabbed the leg and slapped him in the face. After a Dragon Screw, he plastered Miz in the face with a Yes Kick.
Miz came back with the SCF, but a two count only. Maryse stood up. Can the fake baby be put into play?
This match has been like a fight between people that hate each other. I like that. They do hate each other in the storylines.
As they fought on the apron, Bryan missed a kick and nailed the post. Miz took advantage and locked on the Figure 4. DB got up and threw punches and then reversed it. Finally, the hold was broken and they were back at it again. They threw hands until DB locked on the Yes Lock. Miz bit DB to break it but it didn't work. FInally, Miz got to the rope and rolled to the floor. Bryan hit a running knee off of the apron. Miz rolled over to Maryse and she put something in his hand. Looks like knux. Bryan kicked Miz but then used the knux, which the announcers didn't even noticed until he used them. They needed a replay to realize it. Dopes.
The match was really good. The finish was eh, but mostly because they had done something similar in AJ-Joe. If it were the only one on the show in an important match, it wouldn't have been so bad. In both cases, it means the feuds are just starting, so at least we will get rematches, which I want to see.
Finn Balor vs. Baron Corbin is next. And it's ten o'clock with three matches after this. We may go until midnight.
Oh, this doesn't bode well for Corbin, Balor came out as The Demon! Corbin is not happy. He didn't agree to this. The Demon went nuts on him from the start. He punched. He flew. The Demon is such a cool look. Coach made a great point, why doesn't he bring it out more often? I sure would. The fans love The Demon. I do too. It was a squash.
