CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre in a Strap match.
No back story needed here. If you don't know it by now, where the hell have you been?
Drew is out first.
The fans were chanting for Punk before he even came out. Big pop when his music hit. They are singing along. Punk looks as serious as a heart attack.
I am so glad both of these guys are here instead of somewhere else. Their stuff has been so great.
Cole told us Punk is 2 and 0 in strap matches. Punk mugged for the fans and Drew attacked him from behind before the match started and beat him before the bell. He is whipping Punk with the strap and then he put it on Punk's
wrist. The match has started. Drew is destroying him early on.
Drew hit a turnbuckle but Punk hit a GTS out of nowhere. He thought about hitting the buckle but instead chose to whip and destroy Drew instead.
They went to the floor and while Punk was looking under the ring Drew attacked him and tried to put him through the ringside table. Punk backdropped him and went to work with the strap. He went back to the ring and got a table. Drew used that to take control again. Drew played heel and pushed the table back under the ring.
Drew wasted Punk with a chair and laid some stuff shot in on the floor and Punk came back. This is looking nasty, as it should be given what they have gone through. Punk took a slam on a chair. Punk is bleeding across his brow. Cole said he thinks it's from the headbutt. It's not, he came up off the floor that way,
This is stiff. They are laying it in.
Punk pulled Drew into the post and then went for the table again. He set it up but Drew went into the ring to avoid it. Punk followed an ate a Claymore. Drew is going to the corners. He has one. Two. three. But Punk ran to the floor and pulled Drew into the chair that Drw set up. Awesome spot. Punk has hit a corner. Now another. He dragged Drew to tag the third so Drew couldn't do to him what he just did to Drew. Drew stopped the fourth one. Drew picked up Punk and threw him out of the ring through the table.
With Punk on the floor, he couldn't tag the corners. Drew picked up Punk and tagged the first three corners, but Punk did too. Now they are fighting to see who can get the fourth one first. They started fighting and it reset the lights. This is freakin' great.
Punk locked on a Sharpshooter. Drew is tapping and grabbing the rope but there is no way to make Punk stop. Drew is largely out. Punk is up. One. Two. Drew is pulling him away and then hit a neckbreaker. Both men are down.
What a war!
Drew just did a kip up. He's a monster.
Drew went into his tights and grabbed the bracelet. He put it on and kissed it. He loaded up and blasted Punk with a Claymore. He tapped the first three, with the hand that has the bracelet. Punk stopped it with GTS. Then another. He tapped the first buckle. Then the second. He had the third but he did another GTS first. He had the fourth but what the hell, one more GTS. BOOM. He grabbed the bracelet and tagged the fourth! Punk wins and has the bracelet back!
That was everything about why I watch pro wrestling. Awesome from start to finish.

The Terror Twins vs. Dom Mysterio and Liv Morgan is up next.
Before we get to that, one more time, DAMN Drew vs. Punk was awesome. Totally awesome.
The heels were out first. When The Terror Twins came out, the heels bailed to the floor. Cole told them they had to get their asses in the ring and fight.
Priest and Dom started and Priest gave him a beat down. The fans chanted we want Mami. They got her.She nuked Liv with an onslaught. She tagged Dom, who did NOT want to come back in so Priest brought him in. And then tossed him out. He is whooping Dom on the floor. Priest made the mistake of looking at Liv and Dom took over. Dom got a two with a tornado DDT (and a little bit of help from Liv).
Dom tagged Rhea in and she went to work on Liv. She then noticed Dom was still in the ring and she turned her back on Liv. Dom put his arms out like he wanted to make up but she saw through the trap and nailed Liv. Then she threw Dom around and locked a leg lock on his neck. She only broke it when Liv came in. Rhea went for Riptide on Dom and Liv took her out and then went to work on her. Rhea hit a kick out of nowhere and made the tag. Time for Dom to take a beating. He had a two but Liv broke it up. So Rhea came in and wiped her out.
The Twins did a Double Razor's Edge. She said that Priest should wipe out Dom when out came Judgment Day. They nuked Rhea and set Dom up for 619 and Frog Splash but Priest kicked out at 2. Dom tagged Liv and she dove to the floor and almost missed. Back in the ring. Rhea fell for JD again and Live wiped her out. Priest destroyed JD and was about to put Balor through a table when Dom came flying out of nowhere. Priest made his own save and Rhea snuck up on Liv. Head butt. Riptide. The Terror Twins win.
Really good stuff and a lot of fun. It's not over between these sides, not by a longshot.
