NWA Tag Team Champions Blunt Force Trauma with Aron Stevens vs. Trevor Murdoch & Mike Knox.

Everyone began brawling at the bell.  The challengers sent the champs to the floor.  The champs tried to walk out and attacked.  The challengers went for a High/Low on Carnage but Damage hit the ring to save the day.

Knox worked over Carnage outside and tossed him into the ring with a huge hiptoss.  The challengers, who won the Crockett Cup this year, tagged in and out, keeping control on Carnage.  Murdoch kicked the rope to snap it into Carnage’s well, nether-regions.  Murdoch nailed a neckbreaker,  Knox elevated Murdoch and drilled him down atop of Carnage for a two count.

Murdoch began chopping apart Carnage with shots across the back and chest.  Knox tagged in and continued beating Carnage apart with chops.  Damage was able to tag in and worked over Knox, including a front facelock.  Knox fought to his corner but before he could tag, Carnage distracted the referee which allowed Damage to take him back out.

Murdoch finally scored the tag and cleaned house.  He nailed a bulldog off the top but Carnage kicked out at the last second.  Aron Stevens, nailing Murdoch with a loaded glove while the referee was distracted by Destruction attacking Knox.  Carnage scored the pin.

Your winner and still NWA Tag Team Champions Blunt Force Trauma!

They made a big deal of Murdoch losing for the first time in the Chase Ballroom.

NWA Women's Champion Kamille vs. Kenzie Page

They locked up with Kamille showing her power early.  She snatched a side headlock and controlled Paige on the mat.  Page fired back and locked in a hammerlock.  Kamille used her size to reverse it.  They battled back and forth, trying to attack and overpower each other’s arms.  Page kept grabbing at Kamille’s ponytail to get assistance. Page nailed several forearms but was taken down into a Boston Crab in the center of the ring.

Kamille sent her flying across the ring and nailed several clotheslines.  She lifted Page up and nailed Snake Eyes, then a big boot to the face.  Page went to the floor, but when she rolled back in, avoided an elbowdrop and attacked the Champion’s arm with the idea that it would neutralize her size and strength advantage.

She used an armbar to work over Kamille and laid in with some big strikes.  She sent Kamille into the buckles and Kamille went for a handstand to set up another move but Page kicked her in the face.  Kamille crashed back into the ring, where the challenger crossed her arms in a straitjacket move, trying to wear her down.  Page then choked her against the ropes.

Page charged with a big back elbow.  Kamille charged with a big boot.  She was caught in the buckles and hung upside down.  Page went for a sliding kick but Kamille pulled herself up.  Kamille nailed a flying bodypress for a two count.  They fought to their feet and continued the battle.  Kamille exploded with clotheslines and nailed an Oklahoma Stampede style powerslam.

Page surprised Kamille with a rollup, hooking the tights for a two count.  She went for a cutter but was caught and elevated into a Torture Rack, then twisted into a spinning powerbomb.   Kamille went to suplex her from the ring to the outside, but Page snapped her throat across the top rope.    As the referee checked on the champ, Page removed a turnbuckle.

When Kamille returned, Page locked her in a crossface, the same finisher Kamille’ husband Thom Latimer uses as a way to play mind games.  Kamille powered out and slammed her for a two count.  They battled to the top, where Kamille pulled her up to her shoulders and nailed a Jazz Stinger style manuever but Page kicked up at the last second.  They played up that no one could believe the challenger escaped.

Kamille went back to the corner for a flying move but was hit with a cutter in mid-air.  Kamille kicked up at the last second.  Page went for Code Red but Kamille sat down for a two count.  The champ nailed a powerbomb but was too spent to capitalize on the finish.  She went for a spear but Page moved and the champ knocked herself out on the exposed buckle.  Page nailed a Cutter and scored the pin.

Your winner and new NWA Women’s Champion Kenzie Page!

A large shock to end the title run for Kamille, who has been the most important performer for the company over the last few years in my opinion.  This was a solid bout but you get the impression Kamille gave so much the night before she was gutting through this one.  A big moment for Page and a good, physical match.

Page embraced her family at ringside.

They aired a video tribute for all of those who the industry lost this year.  A nice, classy touch.

NWA Champion Tyrus vs. EC3 - Bullrope Match, if Tyrus loses, he must retire

Tyrus came out flanked by his son and daughter.  They said this was a 60 minute time limit.  No shot it goes anywhere close to that.

The champ was in control early, beating down EC3 and sending him hard into the buckles.  He nailed an Avalanche into the corner.  EC3 was smashed with the cowbell and strangled with the bullrope.  EC3 fired back and hit a DDT on the camera platform outside.  He then DDT'd Tyrus off the apron to the floor.

EC3, selling the arm, went over to the announcer's table and began pulling Tyrus to it with the bullrope.  He teased hitting a Rock Bottom on the table but Tyrus countered and hit a Fall Away Slam on the floor.  EC3 grabbed the NWA title belt to use as a weapon but Tyrus snatched him by the throat and chokeslammed him throught the table.  Tyrus brought him back into the ring and nailed a splash but EC3 kicked out.  Tyrus hardly rebounded off the ropes and looked tired.

EC3 rolled back out to the floor.  Tyrus followed and they pulled at the bullrope.  Tyrus nailed him but EC3, as he fell, pulled the bullrope, smashed Tyrus into the ringpost.  Tyrus was pulled into the ring post again and again.  EC3 pulled a trash can out from under the ring and smashed Tyrus over the head.  He grabbed a chair and smashed him across the back.    EC3 nailed him across the back again.  He then went after Tyrus' hand, smashing it with the chair, then focusing on the champion's ankle.  He continued to smash Tyrus with the chair.  He went to smash Tyrus again but held back, instead sitting down on the chair and began speaking to Tyrus, who was apparently unable to defend himself.

Tyrus battled to hit feet with the crowd chanting for the champ.  EC3 said it was over but Tyrus fired back but when he reached back to nail the Tongan Death Grip, he accidentally drilled the referee.  EC3 pulled the bullrope, snapping it into his lower regions and nailed a pair of One Percenters, but Tyrus kicked up.  EC3 nailed him with the cowbell to the face over and over.  He took Tyrus down after a third shot and locked on his finisher, The Purpose.  He used the bullrope for leverage and Tyrus tapped.

Your winner and new NWA Champion EC3!

This was rough at times but also very physical.  Very interested in seeing how the next chapter goes under EC3.

EC3 celebrated, then showed respect to Tyrus, who was down in the corner.  He left the ring to Tyrus, who received a big ovation.  The crowd chanted "Thank you Tyrus."  He bowed before the St. Louis crowd.

Kyle Davis interviewed Tyrus.  He said EC3 is the man.  Love him or hate him, Tyrus has loved pro wrestling his entire match.  He said that he watched Dusty Rhodes every night and said Gorilla Monsoon was his pretend dad.  He said that he loves the sport but the sport doesn't love him - but that's true for everyone who enters the sport.  He said he fought like hell and the last thing he wanted to do was let down his family.  He said that sometimes, whether you like that channel he's on or not, there was only one thing he talked about when he walked into the arena, this damn ring, because there was nothing more important than the ring.  He said that he loves all the fans and he doesn't care about any trolls online.  He said that he has loved their games and interviews with Kyle Davis.  He thanked Joe Galli and Velvet Sky.  He said the NWA is going to a special place and he's glad he was part of it.  He thanked Pat Patterson, Tom Prichard, his wife, his kids.  He said he will miss the fans from the bottom of his heart but there is no mistake and there will be no rematch.  He thanked the NWA again.

EC3 returned to the ring.   EC3 said he tried to hit him with everything but the NWA title.  He held up the title and said this is the one his daughter carried to the ring.  EC3 said he wanted Tyrus to take it with him.  They embraced.  EC3 had a second NWA title with him and exited with that one.  He gave the ring to Tyrus, who dropped down to one knee.  The ring filled with NWA wrestlers showing their respect to Tyrus, embracing him.
