KO is out first. He waited through the Roman entrance with disdain, which was cool. The champ came out with Sami Zayn and Paul Heyman. No Usos or Solo. Sami will have to pass his test in this match.
Cole said that Cody Rhodes will challenge the Undisputed Champion at WrestleMania. Does that mean it will be for both belts? Big pop for KO, who is still disinterested. Big pop for Roman too. We are going over four hours tonight but it doesn't feel like it. That's a good thing.
And, we’re off. Fans are chanting Sami Uso. Paul Heyman is showing serious disdain. On a side note, they did a great job of explaining why Sami wasn't in the Rumble earlier by having Roman say he would be by his side tonight.
Roman was in control early but KO came back and chased the champ when he went down to the floor. They are fighting on the floor. KO is getting a lot in for a while but then the champ came back. It's very even right now.
Roman did the one and went for Superman but KO got out. Roman then hit it, but two count only. The story is aboit how Sami is reacting to things.
KO got a two off of the Swanton.
Owens went for something off the second rope but missed it badly. Ouch. KO then missed a moonsault. Roman is back in charge. He is setting up the punch but ran into a knee. KO went for a Stunner but knocked the ref. He hit the Pop Up but there was no one to count it when KO had it won. KO charged in and Roman nailed him with a nut shot. He told Sami to give me a chair. Sami said you told me to do nothing. He said I am saying GIVE ME A CHAIR. Sami grabbed it but hesitated give it to Roman. This gave KO the opportunity to hit a Stunner for a two. Drama is being built.
KO went for the Pop Up but got Superman Punched, then speared. Two count only! KO rolled to the floor and is at the feet of Sami. Sami is telling him to stay down. KO won't. Roman came out and speared him through the barricade. KO got in the ring but fell out. Roman came out to stalk. He threw him into the steps and it looked nasty. Sami thought so too. Roman did it again. I hope KO knows how to take it. It looked ugly.
Roman took him back into the ring. Roman hit a spear. Match over. Roman is the champ after 881 days. Sami was appalled by the carnage at times.
After the match Sami came into the ring. So are the Usos and Solo. Jey presented a lei on Sami but Roman stopped him. I think it's test time. Jimmy and Jey attacked Owens. They destroyed him. Propped him in the corner. Beat him up some more. Roman is hugging Sami. They put KO in a chair necklace and Solo threw the big butt into it. Paul gave Roman handcuffs. The Usos cuffed KO to the ropes. The Usos threw kicks at KO. Sami is uncomfortable. Roman walked over with a chair. He told KO Sami is his family now. Sami doesn't want him to hit KO. He got in front of him before he hit him with the chair. Sami said this is beneath you. You don't need to do this. You are better than that. Roman basically said you are right, here's the chair. You should do it. Sami doesn't want to. Roman said take the chair. There ain't no going back now. He doesn't care about you. I care about you. I love you. If you want to be part of the Bloodline you have to do it. Sami bucked up like he was going to maybe his Roman. But then Sami cried. Roman piefaced him. He yelled at him. The crowd is chanting for Sami and he.....HIT ROMAN WITH THE CHAIR! Sami made his call. He faced off with Jey. Jimmy kicked him. Jey attacked him since he felt betrayed. Solo gave him the spike. Jimmy and Solo destroyed Sami. Jey didn't. The crowd chanted for Jey. Jimmy said he ain't your brother, we are. Jey rolled out of the ring and left. Huge pop as Jey went to the back. Jey is crying as he walks to the back. Roman trashed Sami with the chair for doing this. The crowd is chanting F You Roman. Real heel heat folks.
Roman took Sami's Uso lei and ripped it to shreds. Jimmy ripped up Sami's shirt and kicked KO. They left KO and Sami dead in the ring.
The match was excellent and the post match was even better. Great show, lots of stuff is set up for WrestleMania and I can't wait to see how we get there. Thanks for reading!
