ROH TV champion Marty Scurll vs. Will Ospreay vs.  Dragon Lee

Bobby Fish is not here.  We are told Fish had a death in the family.  Our deepest condolences to him.

Big reaction for Ospreay.  Respectful one for Lee. Scurll got a respectful reaction as well.

Ospreay and Scurll went back and forth with a nice series of spots.  Very Jerry Lynn vs. RVD-esque.  Lee and Ospreay teamed to dropkick Scurll out of the ring.  They went back and forth until Opsreay was sent to the floor following an armdrag.  Scurll nailed him with a superkick on the apron but was knocked off by Lee.  Lee hit a nice flip dive to the outside on each.

Scurll went for a chicken wing but Ospreay leapt up and kicked him.  Scurll slammed Ospreay into the ropes.  Lee returned to the fray and unleashed chops on each of his opponents.  The Brits teamed up with kicks on him before turning towards each other again.  Scurll charged Ospreay in the corner but was caught and kicked as he was trapped against the buckles.  He ended up tied to the tree of woe, allowing Lee to nail a nice doublestomp.  Lee nailed a guillotine choke and flipped it into a sitdown powerbomb on Ospreay for a two count.

Lee sent Will up and over to the apron and then hit a leaping rana over the top to the floor.  Ospreay landed on his feet and faced off with Lee.  Scurll got involved but was sent into the ring  Will nailed a springboard kick into the ring on Scurll and then nailed a gorgeous shooting star springboard to the floor on Lee.  Scurll cut Ospreay off in the corner but was warded off.  Ospreay turned a suplex attempt into a stunner and went to the top rope.  He nailed a moonsault, but landed on his feet when Scurrl moved and hit a shooting star press for a two count.

Ospreay was trapped in a chickenwing but Lee came off the top with a splash to break it.  All three traded chops in the center of the ring.  Scurll raked both of their faces in stereo.  Ospreay came off the ropes with a springboard kick for a two count.  He ascended to the top and nailed a shooting star press but Lee put his knees up and hit an awesome German suplex with a bridge for a two count.

Lee was attacked by Scurll, who began manipulating his fingers. Scurll went for a chickenwing but it was turned into a forward roll for a two count by Lee.  Ospreay nailed a springboard stunner on Lee.   Scurrl nailed Ospreay and cinched in the chickenwing on Lee.  Lee tapped.

Your winner and still ROH TV champion, Marty Scurll!

Hell of a match if you want insane spots.

ROH Tag Team champions The Young Bucks vs. The Briscoes.

Lots of fighting back and forth early.   The Briscoes were in control early but the Bucks cut off Mark and worked him over.  Mark missed missed several shots in the corner but fired up with strikes on Matt Jackson.   Nick was elevated into a rana on Mark, sending him to the floor.  The Bucks followed and everyone battled on the floor.  The Bucks nailed stereo powerbombs on the apron and celebrated in the ring.

The Bucks were sent to the floor and Jay hit a big dive on them. Mark came off with the Cactus Jack elbow off the apron to the floor.   The Briscoes worked over Matt Jackson in the corner.   Nick Jackson tagged in and nailed clotheslines on both.  Nick dove through the ropes and nailed a tornado DDT to Jay on the floor.   Jay avoided a superkick from the Bucks and then Briscoes then nailed stereo kicks on the Bucks.  They went back and forth until all four were down.  Referee Paul Turner counted them down but they returned to their feet before the ten count.

The Bucks worked over Mark.  Nick nailed a nasty swanton off the ropes for a two count.  Matt went for a sunset flip powerbomb to the outside.  Mark held on and landed on Matt's shoulders.  Nick superkicked him and he took a Doomsday Device like bump on the floor.  Jay was nailed with More Bang For Your Buck but kicked up.  There were dueling chants for the teams.

The Bucks tried to go for the Indy Taker but Mark caught Matt with a stunner off the ropes for two ropes.  They nailed the Jay-Driller and Froggy Bomb but the Bucks kicked up at the last second.  The crowd went nuts for that.    The Briscoes nailed the Doomsday Device but Matt Jackson kicked up at the last second.   Bucks nailed the Meltzer Driver but Jay kicked up.

The Bucks unloaded with a series of superkicks on The Briscoes and scored the pin.

Your winners and still ROH Tag Team champions, The Young Bucks!

The lights went off and BROKEN MATT HARDY appeared on the video screen.  He complimented Dem Boys and The Bucks of Youth on their delightful match and said that the Hardys have to prove they are the best tag team in the universe, so they are coming to ROH and when they do they will DELETE DELETE DELETE!!!!!

NYC went nuts for this and chanted, "Holy sh**!"

Another really great match.

ROH champion Adam Cole vs. Kyle O'Reilly.

They announced during the ring introductions it was now No DQ.

Some feeling out process and back and forth wrestling early.  They went to the floor where Kyle sent Cole into the railing hard several times.   Kyle went for a charge on the floor but was kicked down by Cole.  Kyle fought him off and tossed him back in the ring. Kyle nailed several knee strikes and worked over his mid-section.   Kyle locked on a sleeper but Cole tossed him over with a snapmare.  Kyle went to the middle rope but Cole shoved him over and he crashed down on the outside, hitting the apron hard.

Cole worked over Kyle and sent him hard into the buckles several times.  Cole was great at mocing him.  That pissed off Kyle who drilled him with hard shots.  They went back to the floor, where Kyle was busted open after being hit with the bell.  Cole tried for a German suplex. Kyle tried to escape but was nailed and crashed back to the floor, where the referee checked on his blood.

Cole went under the ring and pulled out a trash can.  There was a small "F*** PG" chant.  Cole nailed him with the can, then placed it over Kyle and superkicked the can.  The crowd liked that a lot.  Officials checked on Kyle to see if he was OK to continue.   Cole worked him over for a long time until Kyle fired up and drilled him with a series of kicks and strikes.  He nailed a big running elbow in the corner, then nailed a back suplex on the chair.

O'Reilly locked on a cross armbreaker but Cole fought and made it to the ropes.  Cole went to the floor. and was placed in a chair.  Kyle hit him with a trash can and placed it on him.  Kyle sailed off the apron with a big knee into the trash can.  That was freaking great.    Cole was placed back in the ring.  Kyle went to the top but Cole caught him there and attempted a superplex.  Kyle drilled him hard and nailed a big belly to back superplex through a table.  The crowd chanted, "Holy sh**."  Cole still kicked up.   These guys are just killing it.

Cole went for a move off the apron but was kicked and hit with a DDT off the apron on the table.   Kyle brought a heavy steel chain into the ring.  Cole came up bleeding.   Cole poured thumbtacks in the ring.  Kyle nailed a series of kicks.  Cole went for a DVDR but Kyle caught him in a forward guillotine choke into a triangle choke.  Cole powered up and dropped Kyle on the tacks.  Ouch.

O'Reilly locked in an armbar on the tacks and kkicked him in the face, then locked in a crossarmbreaker and Cole tapped.  There seemed to be some sort of confusion and Kyle kept the armbar on.  They finally announced he was the winner and new champion.  The confusion killed the excitement of the moment.

Your winner and new ROH champion Kyle O'Reilly!

Just a brutal, insane match.

Kyle took the mic and said he's been waiting for this moment for so long and he has something to say.  He said he has to give credit to Adam Cole and said that he made a hell of an ROH champion.  He said if he can carry the company the way Adam did, it will be a hell of success.  He said he will defend the title with pride and integrity and with honor.  He said he's happy he had this moment in NYC because if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere.  He thanked the fans and said without them there would be no ROH, no Final Battle and no Kyle O'Reilly as World champion.  He said he was going to celebrate and told everyone to get home safe and yelled, "RING OF HONOR!"

Overall, a really great showing from ROH tonight!
