Early on, Ion is pounding Flip. ... Then, he did the hairspray bit and Flip took control. Hope he doesn't land on Ion's face in the process. ... Funny I should mention that because he did try the somersault legdrop but missed. Ion won. The irony that he hit that move, badly, on Darsow on Impact on Thursday is not lost on me.
They showed the standings for Bound For Glory and it showed that since Joe is ahead, he could lose here and be OK. ... This should be good. Give them all the time they need. ... Time for AJ vs. Daniels. Luckily, I was a bit behind so I could fast forward through the crack ho-Dixie-AJ stuff. I already lived it once and that was at least five time too many. I just hope they let these guys work and crack ho Claire doesn't ruin the end of a good match. ... They are starting off strong, as you would expect. ... These guys work so well together. Again, I wish there was a livelier crowd. There are too many people here watching really good stuff and not reacting. ... First big spot comes when Daniels chokeslams AJ on a chair. OUCH! ... Daniels was in control on the floor when he got into it with a fan, who was ragging on him, about what kind of slut his mom was. Me, I don't put over guys like that. After all, his mom was the kind of slut that gave birth and raised a guy who sits ringside so he can yell at wrestlers, hoping to get on TV. Why bother? ... AJ is now bleeding. That didn't stop him from coming off the top with a forearm and driving a chair that Daniels was holding into his face. AJ then went to the floor and drove Daniels into the ringsteps in a way you rarely see. ... Daniels is now bleeding too. Good thing these guys know each other because if it's me, I don't go a bleeding with anyone. ... Daniels tried to head to the back but Styles caught him. They are up on the stage now, near the announcers when they did a big double running clothesline spot. This is really good. ... They are fighting on the stage when AJ went for the Styles Clash, but Daniels turned it into a back body drop. ... Daniels went to throw AJ into the set when AJ made a beautiful reversal. The crowd is chanting this is awesome and it was. Which means........Kazarian came out and threw AJ to the floor, breaking the count on Daniels. Crack Ho Claire can't be far behind. ... Anyway, AJ had it won and now the count is on AJ instead. He got up at 8. ... Now, they just told us Kaz can do anything and not have Daniels lose so why isn't he doing a two on one? I know, stop asking. ... Daniels has a table set up on the floor and is taking AJ up to the stage. Before Daniels could hit Angels Wings, AJ pushed him into Kaz. He followed with Styles Clash from the stage to the floor on the table. Holy Sheezy!!!! Both guys are down. Baby Hebner is counting the both out. AJ got up at nine to win. This match was awesome.
The fans on Social Media think Aries will win. Christy interviewed Aries. Aries wishes the guys in Ultimate X good luck. But that is in his past. Now, he is after the TNA Title. He is coming for Bobby Roode. He said Roode has been winning with beer bottles. Tonight, he is going to beat Roode with a Brainbuster. He is going to do it for everyone, including his mother.
