Former WWE superstar Braun Strowman has agreed to wrestle at Qatar Pro Wrestling’s SuperSlam 3 show on February 26, 2022, per Lucha Libre Online.

According to the report, negotiations were led by QPW chairman Ali Al-Marafi and Strowman will travel to Qatar in September to sign the agreement.

SuperSlam 3 is set to feature various wrestling stars from all over the world, including All Elite Wrestling’s Brian Cage, Jon Moxley and Sammy Guevara, New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Hiroshi Tanahashi and Will Ospreay, Ring of Honor’s EC3 and more.

Strowman, real name Adam Scherr, debuted as a member of the now-defunct Wyatt Family stable on the August 24, 2015, episode of Raw. He held various titles throughout his tenure with WWE and also won accolades such as the Greatest Royal Rumble (2018), Money in the Bank (2018) and André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal (2019).

As it stands, SuperSlam 3 will be Strowman’s first wrestling appearance since his release last month. PWInsider previously reported Major League Wrestling had contacted Strowman’s representatives.
