Mike Santana is in the back getting checked out by the trainer. Santana needs to go into concussion protocol and also needs stitches. Santana doesn’t want any part of that. The trainer insists, but Santana pushes him away and storms off as officials yell at him that the trainer is just trying to help.
Joe Hendry vs. Frankie Kazarian
Joe Hendry double legs Frankie Kazarian and rains down punches. Hendry chops Kazarian in the corner and then hits a biel. Hendry uppercuts Kazarian and then whips him across the ring. Kazarian goes flying over the top rope to the floor. Hendry slams Kazarian’s head into the apron and then slams him on the floor. Hendry hits another slam on the floor and then sends Kazarian into the ring. Kazarian punches Hendry and hits the ropes. Hendry catches Kazarian and hits a fallaway slam. Hendry spins around and sets up for the Standing Ovation. Kazarian rolls to the apron.
Hendry joins Kazarian on the apron and headbutts him. Hendry lifts up Kazarian, but Frankie wiggles out. Hendry goozles Kazarian, but Frankie hits a thumb to the eye. Kazarian takes out Hendry’s leg and then slams his knee into the steel steps. Kazarian sends Hendry into the ring and hits a chop block. Kazarian then stomps Hendry’s knee and kicks it. Kazarian stretches Hendry’s knee and then uses the bottom rope to jump down on it. Kazarian kicks out Hendry’s knee and then slams it into the mat.
Kazarian kicks at Hendry’s knee, but Hendry fires up. Hendry starts to strike back and they exchange strikes until Kazarian kicks out Hendry’s knee again. Kazarian locks on a single leg Boston Crab. Hendry crawls to the ropes to break the hold. Kazarian tries to send Hendry to the ropes, but Hendry falls due to his knee. Kazarian applies a leg stretch, but Hendry reaches the ropes. Kazarian slaps at Hendry, but Hendry fires up. Hendry hits a couple of strikes, but Kazarian ducks under one and hits a backstabber. Kazarian hits a low clothesline and then a springboard leg drop.
Hendry moves out of the way and hits a running cutter. Both men are slow to get up. Once they get to their feet, Hendry blocks Kazarian’s punches and hits some of his own. Hendry hits running clotheslines and then a one-legged fallaway slam. Hendry hits a one-legged kip up. Hendry goozles Kazarian, but Frankie kicks his knee and goes for the chicken wing. Hendry fights out of it and hits a one-legged delayed suplex for a two count.
Hendry goes after Kazarian through the ropes. Kazarian hits a guillotine leg drop. Kazarian then hits a slingshot DDT for a two count. Kazarian applies an ankle lock. Hendry kicks Kazarian off and rolls him up for a two count. Hendry hits an Olympic Slam for a two count. Hendry sets up for the Standing Ovation. Kazarian slips out of it and hits a flatliner variation for a two count. Kazarian goes for Fade to Black, but Hendry slips into a roll up for a two count. Hendry lifts up Kazarian, but Frankie transitions into a chicken wing. Hendry fades and falls to the mat. The referee checks Hendry’s arm. It falls once, twice, and…NO! Hendry fires up and drives Kazarian into the corner.
Hendry lifts Kazarian to the top turnbuckle and joins him on the ropes. Kazarian slips under and takes out Hendry’s leg. Kazarian stacks up Hendry and puts his feet on the ropes, which the referee didn’t see, for the win!
Winner: Frankie Kazarian
After the match, Gia Miller approaches Frankie Kazarian as he exits the ring. She wants to know what Kazarian has to say for himself after he cheated to win. Kazarian says that it’s called winning - something Joe Hendry doesn’t know how to do. Hendry hobbles after Kazarian who runs to the back.
Matt Cardona is in the back and is approached by Robert Stone, Tessa Blanchard, and Victoria Crawford. Stone thinks that they can align their interests and hands Cardona an envelope of money. Cardona takes it. Stone says that maybe it’ll be OK if Blanchard and Crawford get involved tonight.
TNA World Tag Team Champions The Nemeths vs. The Rascalz
Zachary Wentz and Ryan Nemeth start things off with a lock up. Ryan brings Wentz down and then hits a fireman’s carry. Ryan picks a leg and tags in Nic Nemeth. Nic and Ryan hit a double back elbow and a double elbow drop for a one count. Nic cranks Wentz’s arm, but Wentz rolls/flips out of it. Nic hits the ropes, but Wentz kicks out his leg and tags in Trey Miguel. The Rascalz hit the Motor City Machine Guns double team special for a two count. Nic kicks out Miguel’s leg and tags in Ryan.
Ryan hits a double axe handle from the top rope on Miguel’s arm. Miguel rolls out of an arm bar and tags in Wentz. Wentz hits a double axe handle from the second rope on Ryan’s arm. Wentz kicks off a charging Ryan and hits a twisting crossbody for a two count. Wentz hits the ropes and Nic hits him in the back with a knee as Ryan distracts the referee. Wentz sends Nic to the floor, but Nic takes him down with him. Nic hits Wentz with a superkick on the floor.
Ryan goes to the floor and clubs down on Wentz and then sends him back into the ring. Wentz kicks out of a pin. Ryan tags in Nic who takes some calculated shots on a downed Wentz. Nic hits a Shot to the Heart for a two count. Wentz starts to fight back, but Nic cuts him off and tags in Ryan. Ryan hits a series of shoulder attacks in the corner. Miguel tells Ryan that he was adopted, which the crowd chants.
Nic tags in and chokes Wentz in the corner with his boot. Nic distracts the referee as Ryan kicks at Wentz. Nic stomps down on Wentz’s arm. Wentz starts to fight back and knocks Ryan off of the apron. Wentz gets close to his corner, but Miguel is pulled off of the apron by Ryan. Nic drags Wentz back to his corner and tags in Ryan. The Nemeths hit a belly-to-back suplex combination for a two count. Nic tags back in and works Wentz’s face over using the top rope. Wentz is able to fight back and hits a handspring knee. Ryan tags in. Miguel tags it.
Miguel hits a missile dropkick on Ryan from the top rope. Miguel hits a hurricanrana and tags in Wentz. Wentz hits a lunblower and Miguel hits a neckbreaker on Ryan. Wentz hits a running shooting star press for a two count. The Rascalz fight off Nic and send him to the floor with his brother. The Rascalz hit a double dive through the ropes on The Nemeths. Ryan is rolled into the ring. Miguel tags in and hits a Meteora from the top rope on Ryan. Wentz hits a senton from the top rope. Miguel makes the pin, but Ryan kicks out.
Miguel blocks a charging attack from Ryan and hopes up to the second rope. Ryan cuts him off, but Wentz grabs Ryan. Wentz gets Ryan in a DDT position, but Nic grabs him. Miguel hits a blockbuster on Nic, who DDTs Wentz, who DDTs Ryan. The two teams exchange strikes until Wentz and Nic both go over the top rope. Ryan rolls up Miguel with his feet on the ropes. Miguel kicks out, but then eats a DDT. Ryan gets a two count.
Nic gets back in the ring and goes for a double team combination, but Wentz makes the save. The Rascalz hit a series of running strikes. Miguel hits a spinebuster on Ryan and slingshots him into a superkick by Wentz. The Rascalz set up for Feed Em’ to the Lions, but Nic knocks Wentz off of the top rope. Nic hits Danger Zone on Miguel. Ryan hits the Big Hollywood Ending in Miguel for the win!
Winners and STILL TNA World Tag Team Champions: The Nemeths
Earlier today, Jody Threat was filming a TNAMerch.com commercial when someone interrupted by violently knocking on the door. It’s Eric Young. He’s really upset and wants to know “Who did it?” Right now, the TNA World Champion is a punk. Sami Callihan approaches him. Young talked about blood, well…Callihan has spilled a ton of blood, too. Sami is upset that an NXT guy has the TNA World Title, as well. Young says, “It was you” as Callihan walks away. Young then accuses the security before leaving.
A video package airs for the Santino Marella vs. Robert Stone match to determine who the TNA Director of Authority will be.

As announced on the Countdown to Against All Odds, Matt Cardona is the special guest referee.
McKenzie Mitchell makes the official introductions and Matt Cardona checks the competitors for weapons. There is a protrusion in Robert Stone’s tights and Cardona sees it. Cardona finds brass knuckles in Stone’s tights and confiscates them. Cardona approaches Santino Marella, who willingly gives up part of a broomstick.
The bell rings and Stone immediately heads to the floor. Stone takes a moment, but gets back into the ring. Marella approaches him and Stone tries to escape again. Marella grabs him and slams him down on the mat. Marella applies a submission, but Stone makes it to the ropes. Stone gets in some strikes, but Marella shakes them off and lays in some strikes of his own. Stone is sent to the ropes, but holds on and slips to the floor. Marella follows him out and punches him around the ring.
They spill into the crowd. Marella hits a headbutt and then crotches Stone on a barricade. They head back to the ring. Stone gets into the ring. Marella tries to slide into the ring, but Victoria Crawford and Tessa Blanchard grab his legs. Cardona sees it, but doesn’t eject them. Stone lays in some strikes on Marella and then distracts Cardona. Crawford and Blanchard take shots at Marella. Stone lays in some more shots and then distracts Cardona again. Crawford and Blanchard take some shots again. Cardona sees the cheating, but decides to not eject anyone.
Stone drops an elbow/forearm off of the second rope for a two count. Stone grabs a side headlock, but Marella fights out of it with a belly-to-back suplex. Marella hits two snap suplexes and takes out The Cobra. Blanchard grabs The Cobra and runs to the top of the ramp with it. Stone rolls up Marella and puts his feet on the ropes. Cardona is slow to make the count, but decides to start counting. Stone has words for Cardona and pushes him. Cardona pushes him back. Stone falls over Marella and gets rolled up for a two count.
Marella and Stone run into each other and are slow to get up. As Stone gets up, he wraps his badge around his fist. Stone attempts to hit Marella with it, but Cardona stops him and admonishes him. With Cardona distracted, Crawford hits Marella with an axe kick. Stone makes the pin and gets a two count. Stone slaps at Marella, which fires up Santino. They exchange strikes until Marella fires off some punches and splits under a punch. Marella hits a hip toss and hits the ropes. Crawford trips up Marella and then gets chased away by Arianna Grace.
With Cardona distracted by Grace and Crawford, Stone low blows Marella and makes a pin. Marella kicks out at two. Stone climbs to the top rope. Cardona is distracted by Crawford. Grace knocks Stone off of the top rope. Marella kicks Stone and hits a headbutt. Marella reaches for The Cobra, but he doesn't have it due to Blanchard. Grace has a backup Cobra and hands it to her father. Marella puts on The Cobra and hits Stone with it for the win!
Winner and STILL TNA Director of Authority: Santino Marella
After the match, Gia Miller approaches Santino Marella as he exits the ring. Marella feels fantastic. He feels like he’s on Cloud 10. Marella dedicates the match to everyone watching and everyone in the crowd. He felt their support and thanks them for helping him through the match. Marella will continue to do the best job that he can for TNA and the fans.
A TNA Slammiversary commercial airs. Slammiversary will take place on July 20th at 8 PM ET at the UBS Arena in Long Island.
The IInspiration will be on iMPACT! on Thursday.
A video package airs for the TNA World Championship match between Trick Williams and Elijah.
During his entrance, Elijah plays the guitar for a little bit and then wants to know “Who wants to walk with Elijah?” He plans on bringing the TNA World Championship back home because in TNA…we walk this way.
It’s mentioned that Mike Santana has been removed from the building due to his actions with the trainer earlier in the night.
TNA World Champion Trick Williams vs. Elijah
McKenzie Mitchell makes the championship introductions.
They lock up and jockey for position. Neither man can gain control and they break the lock up. They lock up again and Elijah is able to grab an arm. Elijah cranks Trick Williams’ arm until Williams rolls into a reversal. Elijah uses the ropes to flip into a reversal and then hits a side headlock takeover. Williams reverses. Elijah reverses and they stand up. Williams kicks Elijah in the gut. Elijah briefly reverses control until Williams punches him in the face. Williams charges Elijah in the corner, but is lifted to the apron. Elijah grabs Williams’ hand and runs up the ropes to clobber Williams. Elijah goes to the floor with Williams laying on the apron. Elijah slams Williams’ head onto the apron a few times and then hits a drive-by knee for a two count.
The TNA roster is shown watching the match in the back.
Elijah grabs Williams’ arm and climbs to the top rope. Elijah hits a double knees version of Walk with Elijah for a two count. Elijah chops Williams twice and then whips him across the ring. Williams uses the ropes to jump over a charging Elijah and hits a jumping kick. Williams rains down punches on Elijah and then hits a flapjack for a two count. Williams chops Elijah in the corner and then again in the middle of the ring. Elijah blocks a third chop and hits some chops of his own. Williams ducks under a strike and lays in a punch. Williams hits a running/jumping clothesline for a two count.
Williams applies a chinlock and transitions to a cravat. Elijah drives Williams into the corner, but Williams snapmares Elijah and then hits a leg lariat. Williams rips off the middle turnbuckle, but eats a chop from Elijah. Elijah blocks a charging Williams in the corner, but ends up eating a Falcon Arrow. Elijah avoids a leg lariat and hits a big tackle. Both men are slow to get up. Once they do, Elijah hits two tackles and an inverted atomic drop. Elijah hits a chop and a big boot.
Elijah charges Williams in the corner and hits a running forearm. Elijah hits a twisting neckbreaker for a two count. Williams slips out of a slam and lifts up Elijah. Elijah elbows out and hits a twisting neckbreaker for a two count. Williams drives Elijah into the corner and hits shoulder attacks. Elijah blocks a charging attack with a boot. Elijah blocks a Book End, but Williams hits his second try for a two count. They exchange strikes until Williams hits a leaping kick. Elijah shakes it off, though, and hits a UFO slam variation for a two count.
They exchange roll up attempts until Williams hits a pop up punch. Elijah rolls to the floor. Williams goes for a baseball slide, but Elijah catches him. Elijah spins Williams around and hits a twisting neckbreaker to the floor. Elijah rolls Williams into the ring and climbs to the top rope. Elijah hits a flying elbow drop for a two count. Elijah chops Williams in the corner and lifts him up to the top turnbuckle. Elijah starts to climb up, as well.
AJ Francis comes out and cheers on Williams. Elijah is sent to the mat. Williams jumps off of the ropes, but is met by a knee from Elijah. The referee takes a grazing shot to the face which allows Francis to trip up Elijah. Elijah goes after Francis on the floor and sends him into the ring post. Elijah gets back into the ring and ducks under Williams swinging Elijah’s guitar. The referee takes the guitar and disposes of it. Francis hands Williams the TNA World Championship, though.
Williams hits Elijah with the title for a two count! Williams sets up for the Trick Shot. Elijah ducks under, but Williams is able to send Elijah into the exposed turnbuckle. Williams hits the Trick Shot for the win!
