Match Number Eight: 2024 Opera Cup Quarterfinal Match: KENTA versus Akira
KENTA goes into the ropes before they lock up. KENTA slaps Akira on the break and then he retreats back into the ropes. KENTA with a forearm and kicks. KENTA with a side head lock. KENTA holds on when Akira tries to send him off the ropes. Akira with elbows and a wrist lock followed by a drop toe hold. Akira with an arm bar and an arm drag into a rollup for a near fall. KENTA with a side head lock. Akira with an atomic drop to the knee and a delayed Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Akira kicks KENTA in the leg. KENTA with an Irish whip but Akira blocks a kick and Akira with kicks to the leg and a back heel kick. KENTA with a power slam for a near fall.
KENTA with a kick to the back. KENTA with a snap mare and kick to the back. KENTA with another kick to the back. KENTA with a neck breaker and he gets a near fall. KENTA with a reverse chin lock. AKira with punches and KENTA with a reverse chin lock. KENTA gets on Akira's back and Akira struggles to get to the ropes to force a break. Akira with a back elbow and KENTA sends Akira to the apron. Akira with a forearm but he misses a shoulder in the ropes and KENTA with a kick and hanging DDT for a near fall. KENTA gets a few more near falls. Akira with kicks but KENTA rakes the eyes and smothers Akira. KENTA with a snap mare and knee drop. KENTA with another knee drop. The knee pad comes down and KENTA leaps over Akira and 'kicks sand in his face'. Akira with chops. KENTA slaps Akira but Akira with a Pele kick. Akira with a Saito suplex and he hits a spinning heel kick and he applies a figure four leg lock but KENTA blocks the full application of the hold for a moment.
KENTA reverses but Akira with a Muta lock and KENTA gets to the ropes. Akira with a drop kick to KENTA against the ropes. Akira puts KENTA on the turnbuckles and Akira with a chop. Akira goes for a superplex and KENTA blocks it and he crotches Akira. KENTA sets for a reverse superplex but Akira with elbows and head butts to send KENTA to the mat. KENTA with a palm strike to stop Akira. KENTA with a Super Falcon Arrow for a near fall. KENTA goes up top and he hits a double stomp for a near fall. KENTA sets for Go 2 Sleep but Akira counters with an inside cradle for a near fall. Akira with a cloverleaf and a jackknife cover. Akira with Go 2 Sleep and KENTA is not happy. KENTA slaps Akira a few times and Akira wants more. Akira with a rolling elbow and a German suplex. Akira runs into a boot and KENTA misses a boot. Akira with a rolling kick and he gets KENTA on his shoulders for an Electric Chair Drop. Akira iwth a forearm to the head for a near fall.
Akira sets for Death Penalty and KENTA counters with a snap mare and KENTA with slaps and a kick to the temple and Go 2 Sleep for the three count.
Winner: KENTA (Advances to face TJP)

Match Number Nine: Scramble Match: Little Guido versus Nolo Kitano versus Jimmy Lloyd versus LSG
LSG pie faces Guido and Guido punches him. Guido kicks Nolo and he applies a Fujiwara arm bar as Nolo comes off the turnbuckles. Guido with forearms to LSG but LSG with a back elbow and forearm. Lloyd kicks LSG to the floor and hits a suicide dive. Nolo with a flip dive onto LSG and Jimmy. Guido looks around and he is interrupted by the DOOMSDAY Clock.
Donovan Dijak makes his way to the ring and he is accompanied by MSL.
Dijak kicks Guido and the referee calls for the bell.
Dijak gives LSG a sit out choke slam and Lloyd gets a cyclone kick. Dijak with a round kick to Nolo and Feast Your Eyes.
No Contest
MSL gets the mic and he tells everyone to feast their eyes on Donovan Dijak.
Dijak says feast your eyes on Dijak in Major League Wrestling. He wants to do an impromptu interview with Nolo and he asks him about Dijak's debut. He says no one cares what he has to say. He asks if he respects Kojima or Suzuki? Is he afraid of Matt Riddle or Timothy Thatcher? They will end up like these four guys. He says he is the best wrestler in the world and he says he will be your next MLW World Champion.
Match Number Ten: MLW World Tag Team Championship Match: Satoshi Kojima and Okumura versus Minoru Suzuki and Ikuro Kwon
Suzuki and Kwon attack Okumura and Kojima before the bell. Kojima and Okumura with forearms. Kwon with a back elbow to Okumura. Kojima with a double shoulder tackle to Kwon and Suzuki. Okumura with a forearm to Kwon and Kwon fires back. Kwon is put on the turnbuckles and Okumura with a cutter. Suzuki with a knee to the back and he pulls Okumura to the floor. Kwon with a kick to Kojima and Kwon kicks and punches Kojima on the floor. Suzuki with a boot to the head and he kicks and punches Kojima. Kwon sends Okumura into the ring post and back into the ring. Kwon stomps on the ankle. Suzuki tags in and they make a wish with Okumura.
Okumura with chops and forearms and Suzuki wants more. Suzuki with a punch and knee and then he gets a near fall. Suzuki works on the fingers and Kwon tags in and kicks the elbow. Kwon with crossfaces and he connects with a forearm in the corner. Kwon with an Irish whip but he runs into a boot. Okumura blocks a kick but he cannot stop the second one. Okumura with a flatliner and he tags in Kojima. Kojima with kicks and chops. Kojima gets Suzuki and chops him. Kojima focuses on Kwon after he is done with Suzuki. Kojima with an Irish whip and running forearm. Kojima goes up to and Kwon stops him with a kick and press slam.
Kwon with a forearm and kick followed by a leg sweep and back senton. Suzuki tags in and he slaps Kojima on the top of the head. They exchange chops. Kojima with a forearm and he sets for a lariat but Suzuki with a boot to the arm. Suzuki with an Irish whip and Yakuza kick. Kojima blocks a kick and he kicks Suzuki and hits a Cozy Cutter. Okumura with a clothesline to Suzuki and he takes care of Kwon. Okumura with a cutter to Suzuki while he gives Kwon a DDT. Okumura with an uppercut to Suzuki and an elbow by Kojima. They hit a double suplex and a double elbow drop for a near fall. Kown with a baseball slide to Kojima. Okumura with a driver to Kwon. Suzuki with a sleeper and he goes for the Gotch Pile Driver but Okumura blocks it.
Kwon with a kick to Okumura and Kojima with forearms. Kwon with punches to Kojima followed by a flying boot. Kwon with mist to Okumura. Suzuki with a Gotch Pile Driver on Okumura for the three count.
Winners: Minoru Suzuki and Ikuro Kwon (new champions)
After the match, Janai Kai and Mads Krugger come to ring side and Kai kicks Kojima in the throat and Suzuki and Kwon hold Kojima for Krugger and he punches Kojima.
Kai hands Krugger the world title belt.
Match Number Eleven: 2024 Opera Cup Quarterfinal Match: Mistico versus Atlantis Jr.
Atlantis offers his hand and they shake hands. Atlantis misses a clothesline and Mistico with kicks. Atlantis with a back elbow and a super kick. Atlantis gets a near fall. Atlantis with a thrust kick when Mistico blocks an Irish whip. Mistico with a head scissors take down and Atlantis goes to the floor. Mistico with a baseball slide but Atlantis moves and hits a running boot to the head. Atlantis drops Mistico onto the apron. Atlantis sends Mistico into the ring post and they return to the ring and Atlantis gets a near fall. Atlantis with a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Atlantis goes after the match and he tries to rip at the eye area of the mask.
Atlantis sends Mistico into the turnbuckles. Mistico avoids a clothesline but Atlantis with a boot to the head for a near fall. Atlantis gets another near fall. Atlantis chokes Mistico in the ropes and Jesus Rodriguez punches Mistico when the referee was with Atlantis. They fight onto the ramp and Altantis sends Mistico back into the ring and gets a near fall. Atlantis fist bumps Jesus and says something to him. Mistico with a head scissors take down. Mistico with a wrist lock and kick and he hits a springboard flipping wrist lock take down. Mistico with a suicide dive to Atlantis. Mistico with another suicide dive.
Mistico with a suicide dive to Jesus. Mistico sends Atlantis back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Mistico with a kick to the leg. Mistico with forearms against the ropes. Mistico kicks Atlantis against the ropes and he gets a near fall. Mistico with a handspring back elbow. Mistico is sent to the apron and Mistico with a kick and he goes up top and hits a cross body. Mistico with a head scissors take down and Atlantis goes to the floor. Atlantis moves and Mistico stays in the ring. Mistico waits for Atlantis to get back into the ring and he kicks Atlantis in the leg. Mistico with a snap mare and he pulls at the mask. Mistico with a victory roll for a near fall. Mistico with a rana for a near fall.
Atlantis with a spinning sit out gourdbuster. Mistico tries to float over in the corner but Atlantis with a kick and a cutter. Atlantis with an Irish whip and a monkey flip. Atlantis goes for another one and he sends Mistico across the ring again. Atlantis with a power slam and he gets a near fall. Atlantis pulls at the mask and the referee warns him. The mask is pulled over the chin and the referee warns him again. Atlantis with a chop and Irish whip but he runs into a boot. Atlantis kicks Mistico in the ropes and he gets Mistico on his shoulders for an airplane spin and power bomb for a near fall. Atlantis goes up top but Mistico gets his feet up to stop Atlantis. Mistico with a kick to the leg and another kick to the leg. Mistcio with a kick in the corner.
Jesus distracts Mistico but Mistico with a snap mare and he goes to the turnbuckles. Atlantis crotches Mistico and puts him in the tree of woe and Atlantis with a hesitation drop kick. Atlantis with a spinning package Tombstone for a near fall. Atlantis pulls Mistico into position and Atlantis goes up top. Mistico with a kick to stop Atlantis. Mistico with a forearm and they both go to the turnbuckles. Mistico with a superplex and both men are down. Mistico gets a near fall. Mistico with a springboard cross boy and a he avoids a gourdbuster and sends Atlantis into the turnbuckles. Mistico with a Destroyer and he goes up top and hits a swanton for the three count.
