Ethan Page is in OFFICE with Ava.
Ava says what Ethan did last week was unacceptable.
Ethan says that Ava can fine him or he can suspend him so he doesn't have to defend his title.
Ava says Ethan will be defending his title and he will figure things out.
Ethan says that he assumes that Ava doesn't want a singing Scotsman as champion.
Zachary Wentz makes his way to the ring.
Wes Lee makes his way to the ring.
The referees break from WALL OF SECURITY to calm down Wentz.
Lee tells Wentz to say what he had to say.
Wentz says every team and family in professional wrestling break up, but not the Rascalz or MSK. He asks why does Lee want to piss this away after 9 years. Does Wes think he is a bigger star?
Wes says he is the bigger star and he says Wentz came back just for the rub. He says they are on different levels.
Wentz says no one was more proud of what Wes did than him. They were one of the greatest tag teams in NXT history and he ruined it. You got to be the singles superstar you wanted to be and Wentz says he grew up. Wentz says Wes motivated him to dig himself out of the hole and come back to NXT to be reunited with his brother.
Wes says he is so glad that he motivated Wentz but the nostalgia would have been nice for a few weeks and then he would realize they are not on the same level. He says this isn't 2022 any more.
Wentz says that Wes is one of the most sensitive men on the planet. Him and Trey came out when you were going to quit for the third time. What happened when you went through your surgery? Who was there when your wife was working? Who was there when you had doubts? He says he couldn't be your tag team partner in front of the cameras, but behind the scenes they were always brothers.
Wes says he will show Wentz that they are on different levels.
Wentz says Lee has underestimated him their entire lives. Wentz says he will make sure that Wes fails. Wentz says he became the TNA tag team champion with Trey.
Wes tells Wentz to forget everything they have done. He says he will show why he is a WWE Superstar and Wentz is a TNA wrestler.
Wentz says this TNA wrestler will beat the ass of this WWE Superstar.
Trick Williams walks in HALLWAY and Joe Hendry stops him to thank him for helping him last week.
Trick says he believes in Joe Hendry.
Joe says when he beats Ethan, Trick gets the next title match.
Kelani Jordan walks in WAREHOUSE as we go to commercial.
We are back and Kelani Jordan tells Wendy she isn't going to wait any longer. Which of your creepy demonic friends is it going to be.
We see Wendy on the ShawnTron and she points to her minion to go to the ring.
Match Number Four: Kelani Jordan versus Rosemary in a Non Title Match
Rosemary backs Jordan into the corner. Jordan with a waist lock and Jordan with a Tiger Feint arm drag and a drop kick. Jordan with a forearm into the corner and a snap mare. Jordan with a cross body for a near fall. Jordan runs into a back elbow. Rosemary with a head scissors in the ropes. Rosemary with a forearm into the corner followed by an exploder for a near fall. Rosemary with punches and a rear naked choke with a body scissors. Jordan with elbows to escape the hold. Jordan with a forearm and Rosemary fires back. They continue the exchange and Jordan blocks a kick and hits a step over spinning heel kick.
Jordan with a running forearm or two followed by a shoulder tackle. Jordan with a kick and Rosemary blocks a Playmaker. Jordan with a flatliner and Rosemary with a spear to stop a handspring move and Rosemary gets a near fall. Rosemary with a head butt and Jordan with a kick in the corner. Jordan with a split legged moonsault for the three count.
Winner: Kelani Jordan
After the match, music plays and the lights go down.
Wendy Choo's image appears on the Tron and Wendy comes up behind Jordan and applies the rear naked choke and adds a body scissors to put Jordan out.
Lash, Jakara, and Oro are in LOCKER ROOM. Oro says you only have to be one percent better than last time and no one betta than meta.
Lexis King shows up and he says no one wants to hear your sob stories and no one cares about your dad.
Lexis says Noam Dar is the real daddy of MetaFour. You were worried when Ethan took him out.
Oro says Lexis lacks a father figure.
They start to fight and security shows up to break up the fight.
We go to commercial.
We are back with Chase U.
Duke does not look so excited and he apologizes for not getting the job done last week. Ridge says they fought with honor. Ridge says he vowed he would never be in another group again but you welcomed him. He says he won't let anyone take these titles away. He will always have their backs.
Axiom and Frazer show up and Frazer reminds them about being their honorary flag bearer. Then he teamed up with Axiom and they realized they were better together. Axiom says they have a lot left in their team. Frazer says when they take the titles on Sunday, Chase U will come crumbling down.
Match Number Five: Malik Blade versus Brooks Jensen
Blade with a flip dive to Brooks and he sends Brooks into the ring steps. The referee starts the match and Blade with a punch and drop kick. They fight to the apron and Brooks with a punch. Blade punches Brooks from the turnbuckles but Brooks kicks Blade through the turnbuckles. Brooks with kicks and a knee drop. Blade with punches and Brooks with a kick and a swinging neck breaker for a near fall. Brooks with forearms and he pie faces Blade. Blade with punches and Brooks with a double thrust to the throat. Brooks with a reverse chin lock. Blade with a slingshot back breaker. Blade with punches and a flying forearm or two. Blade with a blockbuster.
Blade goes up top and Brooks pucnhes Blade to stop him. Blade with a blockbuster from the turnbuckles for a near fall. Blade goes up top and he goes for a frog splash but Brooks gets his knees up and Brooks with a DDT and then he pulls himself up to the turnbuckles for an elbow drop for the three count.
Winner: Brooks Jensen
Je'Von Evans walks in the back and Sarah stops him and she asks him about his match with Joe Coffey. Evans says he can wrestle and he can throw the hands too. They will find out right now.
We go to commercial.
We are back with Hank and Tank and they are commenting on their online show. They talk about No Mercy and Hank asks Tank if he believes in Joe Hendry and Tank says he does.
Bronco Nima and Lucien Price show up and they talk about Jaida Parker.
They talk about facing Luke and Karl and beating them.
They talk about a match.
Match Number Six: Je'Von Evans versus Joe Coffey (with Wolfgang and Mark Coffey)
Joe with a cravate and snap mare. Joe with a shoulder tackle and an arm bar. Joe with a wrist lock take down. Joe pulls Evans down by the hair to keep him on the mat. Evans with a wrist lock take down and side head lock. Joe with a shoulder tackle and Joe catches Evans on a cross body but Evans with a sunset flip for a near fall. Evans with a head scissors take down and a slingshot head scissors take down. Mark holds Wolfgang back and Joe misses a shoulder in the corner and then Joe sends Evans ot the apron. Evans with a forearm to Wolfgang off the apron. Evans with a drop kick. while Mark continues to hold Wolfgang back. Joe with punches and he tries to hot shot Evans but Evans blocks it.
Joe with a pop up uppercut. Joe with punches in the corner. Evans with chops and Joe with a punch. Joe with Irish whips into the corner and a back breaker. Joe with a Vader Bomb elbow drop for a near fall. Evans with punches and Joe with an arm bar. Evans with a head scissors but Joe with a slam and he holds on to the arm bar. Evans with a head scissors take down and Joe hot shots Evans. Joe with a wrist lock and he pie faces Evans. Evans with short arm clotheslines but Joe stays on his feet. Evans with a clothesline and Evans blocks a kick and he kicks Joe away and hits a flying punch. Evans with a rebound spinning heel kick. Evans with a springboard clothesline for a near fall.
Joe sends Evans into the turnbuckles and Joe puts Evans on his shoulders and hits a German suplex. Joe with Glasgow Sendoff for a near fall. Joe runs into a thrust kick and Evans with another one. Joe with an uppercut to Evans and he goes to the turnbuckles for a double jump cross body but Evans with a cutter and a double jump cutter for a near fall. Evans goes up top while Joe goes to the floor. Evans with a swanton onto everyone. Evans sends Joe back into the ring. Joe sends Evans to the apron and Evans with a punch. Wolfgang gets on the apron and Mark pushes Joe out of the way for a springboard cutter. Joe with All the Best for the Bells for the three count.
Winner: Joe Coffey
Tony is at RESTAURANT and he is told that someone took his room.
Tony goes into ROOM and he sees Oba Femi. Tony sits at TABLE with Oba. Tony asks if this is how he wants to handle things. He says that Oba has balls. When you are powerful and mean, you can walk into any place and have people do what you want.
Oba says that Tony is the Don of NXT and you act like a powerful man. Oba says he is the ruler of NXT and he does not accept disrespect.
Tony says he doesn't take disrespect. He says he got the message from Oba. Tony says they can come in here and talk about it like men or they can continue to run around.
Oba stands up and he says he will wait for Sunday.
Tony says this was inevitable. He says he will give Oba his due and he says he had a hell of a run. He will show that Oba is mortal.
Oba says many have tried, and none have succeeded. You will be no different.
Oba leaves.
Joe Hendry walks in HALLWAY.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Vic and Booker run through the card for No Mercy.
Joe Hendry makes his way to the ring.
Joe says he wants to thank everyone for choosing to spend their night with him. He says he has a potentially career changing match Sunday against Ethan Page. He thanks everyone for their support and he has a new song to perform and it is about Ethan Page.
Ethan Page interrupts and officials try to stop him.
Page says we are done with sing along with Joe. Do you think you are going to put up photos out of context to rile him up? Ethan asks Joe who does he think he is by trying to embarrass him? Whatever these people are singing, you are not a WWE Superstar. Ethan says he is the champion and he knows what is best for these people. What is best for these people is to keep Joe out of NXT and away from his title. This Sunday, he promises . . .
Ava's music plays and she comes out.
She says Ethan should be flattered that Joe took time to write a special song about Ethan. She reminds Ethan of the things she had to finalize. She tells Ethan that there will be a special guest referee on Sunday. She brings out Trick Williams.
Joe gives Ethan a Standing Ovation and Trick makes the three count.
Trick hands Joe the title belt because that wasn't a match.
Pete Dunne says he doesn't think Trick will make it to next Tuesday.
