Snoop got in the ring and mugged with the winners and Bubba. Cool moment.
They showed Logan Paul doing push ups. I have a ton of respect for him. Listen to his podcast with HHH, the guy totally respects the business so he’s OK with me.
They recapped the Cody-Roman stuff to the theme of Succession. Hmmm.
Kayla asked Paul Heyman what exactly Bloodline Rules. They are whatever they want them to be. No DQ, fall to the finish. That will happen when there’s a winner and the other man goes home to his wife Brandi.
LA Knight has arrived. He says AJ is in for a long night.
Time for LA Knight vs. AJ Styles.
LA came out first and gave the keys of the car that the woman won to her.
AJ got some pyro on his entrance.
AJ ran to the ring and they went after it. That’s the way it should be given the issues between them. I love it.
AJ missed to the floor so LA went to work on him. But when LA threw him back in the ring, AJ went on the attack. It didn’t last long as Knight went on the offensive and got a two count. The crowd is totally behind Knight.
AJ came back and got a near fall. Styles is sooooo smooth. The dude is a gem, especially at his age.
AJ put Knight in the middle of the ring and went up slowly. That cost him as Knight caught him and started laying the lumber. He then bit AJ in the head. Haven’t seen that in a while. AJ responded with an eye rake but Knight came back and his a sick Avalanche German, to count only.
LA walked into a Calf Crusher. Styles made him pay and then took him over to the post and went to work, banging the knee into the post and then dropkicking it into the post.
Knight managed to pull AJ face first into the post.
On a side note Pat McAfee is much better tonight.
LA pulled up the flooring and went to use it on AJ but he was the one he got backdropped on it. AJ called for the ref to count. LA made it at 9.5. AJ isn’t happy.
This is stiff. AJ has a cut on his face. He kicked LA and did a springboard 450 but LA got the knees up. Now they are both selling.
They are up and throwing some hands. The fans are chanting YEAH when Knight does it. Styles came up with Pele but then they fought out of each other’s big moves. AJ went for the forearm but LA took out his legs. He hit BFT and got the win in his first Mania match. They are three for three because this was great and all three matches so far have been very different.
Saudi Arabia gets a Smackdown and as Mike reported, King and Queen of the ring.
Cole said it was time for the Hall recap. I have the cheap plan and am getting commercials.
Here are the HOFers. Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda both had on Bray Wyatt shirts. Great intros for all. I can’t believe Bull is almost my age. And Paul Heyman got to come out last to THIS IS EXTREME. As I have said all weekend, without Paul Heyman you don’t ever hear of me so thanks Paul, I owe you one.
Much like I used to dread three hour Raws, two nights of Mania used to often be a chore. It’s amazing what a good booker can do to psych fans up for a product. Someone might want to tell a certain Tony that. It would be great if AEW’s booking was as good as WWE, or at least good.
Logan Paul now defends his US Title against Kevin Owens and Randy Orton.
Paul cam out on a sick Prime truck. He has a Prime cannon on it. He has a friend in a Prime bottle accompanying him.
AS KO was going to the ring, in a callback from last night he ran into Sami Zayn, who was holding his new IC Belt. Sami said, “Your turn now, go get him!” KO came out in the cart from Smackdown. KO has TOTAL ECW graphics. Love it! And then of course, Randy. Big pops all around.
The bell rang so Logan hit the floor and told them to fight. They had another idea and went to the floor and beat up the champ. They took turns destroying Logan, tossing him on the announce table. Paul came back and pushed KO into Randy and said Y’all fight. They didn’t buy it and went back to work double-teaming the champ.
Then they went to do a pin and they both wanted it. KO said let’s do that later. Randy went for an RKO. KO said let’s do it now and they fought. Logan used that to hit a great double clothesline. The dude is a freak, he really is.
The crowd is chanting Logan Sucks. Uh no, he doesn’t. Paul is going back and forth but walked into a superkick from KO. He did a double cannonball. Then went for the Swanton but Paul got the knees up. Paul hit a swanton on KO and rolled into a splash on Orton to get a two. The dude is a freak.
Paul and Randy are in an upper cut contest and Paul got the better of it! The fans are booing and he loves it. But he set himself up to get his eyes raked by Randy and he’s off to the floor. Randy went to work on KO. He was about to take out KO when Paul came in out of nowhere. Paul tried to jump into the ring and buckled a bit so Randy did a powerslam. He then hit a double DDT off the ropes.
Now they are doing really creative spots where one guy does things that hurt the other two. They really laid this out well.
KO hit a nasty driver on Paul and then a moonsault for a two. This is really good.
Randy hit the RKO but Kevin kicked out.
Orton slipped and Paul put on the brass knux. He missed and Orton went to pull them off. Paul raked the eyes and then hit Randy with the knux but somehow Randy kicked out.
He tried to do it again but KO grabbed the arm. Paul blasted KO twice with the knux. Paul picked up Randy to hit him again when he ate an RKO Out Of Nowhere. The crowd is chanting for Randy but all three men are down.
Randy got up first and go his hands on the knux. He is a face so he gave them to the ref. He set Paul up for the punt when the Prime bottle pulled Paul out. The bottle showed his identity but I have no idea who he is. I am old. He messed with Orton and he took out whoever he is and then went on the attack. He out him on the announce table and then hit an RKO on the bottle.
Now they are all back in the ring. KO hit a Stunner on Randy. Two count only. KO went after Randy. He went for the pop up but Randy turned it into the RKO. Before he could grab the pin Paul came back in and tossed Randy out and hit an insane frog splash, 1-2-3 on KO.
I looked him up. His name is IShow Speed. He ain’t so speedy right now.
I loved it. 4 for 4.
