Match Number Five: WWE Championship Match: Bobby Lashley (with MVP) versus Drew McIntyre versus Braun Strowman
Bobby talks to Drew about working together against Braun. Braun takes Drew down and kicks Lashley. Braun with splashes to both men. Lashley with a flatliner to Braun. Braun grabs Drew and Bobby kicks Braun. Bobby and Drew work over Braun. Bobby wants Drew to help him with a double suplex and Drew with knees and they get Bobby up for a double suplex. Drew with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Drew with a Glasgow Kiss to Braun. Lashley pulls Drew out of the ring and runs him into the ringside barrier. Bobby is sent into the ring post and Drew with shoulders. Braun with a blockbuster off the apron onto Bobby and Drew.
Braun sends Drew into the ringside barrier. Braun with a choke slam for a near fall. Braun gets Bobby up for a power slam but Bobby escapes and he goes for the Hurt Lock. Drew with a cross body onto Bobby and Braun. Drew with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex to Lashley. Braun goes shoulder first into the ring post. Drew goes up top and hits a clothesline. Drew with a Zig Zag to Braun and Bobby breaks up the cover. Bobby punches Drew and hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Bobby with a spinebuster to Braun for a near fall. Bobby goes to the floor and he picks up Drew and sends him into the ringside barrier. Lashley gets Drew up and runs Drew's ribs into the ring post.
Braun hits Lashley with the ring steps. He hits Lashley again and then he throws the steps up the ramp. Drew sends Braun over the ringside barrier with a Claymore. They fight up the ramp and Drew sends Bobby into the bottom of the ring steps. Drew sets for a suplex on the ramp but Lashley blocks it and he suplexes Drew onto the ramp. Lashley with an elbow and Lashley sends Drew into the side of the Thunderdome seating. Lashley tries to suplex Drew through the LED board and Drew with a Glasgow Kiss and Drew sends Lashley into the LED board many times. Drew sends Lashley through the side of the Thunderdome seating and we have sparks.
Drew looks for Lashley but cannot find him. Strowman with a running forearm to Drew. Braun sends Drew down the ramp and Braun with a running shoulder tackle. Braun and Drew return to the ring. Braun with a forearm to the chest followed by a back senton for a near fall. Braun sets for a suplex but Drew blocks it. Braun with a clothesline. Drew moves and Braun hits the turnbuckles. Drew with a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Braun sends Drew over the top rope to the floor and Braun sets for the running shoulder tackle but Drew stops Braun and hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Drew sets for a Claymore but Braun catches Drew and power bombs Drew through the table.
Braun rips off his shirt and then he tries to bring Drew into the ring but Drew collapsses on the floor. Drew is sent into the ring. Braun gets Drew up but Drew gets to his feet and he hits a Claymore but Lashley sends Drew over the top rope to the floor and Lashley with a spear for the three count.
Winner: Bobby Lashley (retains Championship)
Jey is in the gorilla position with Paul and Roman and Roman asks what we. He tells Jey he sounds like he is better than Roman. He tells Jey to go find him.
Match Number Six: Universal Championship Match: Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman) versus Cesaro
They lock up and they go around the ring. They go into the corner and the referee has to separate Roman and Cesaro. They lock up and Roman with a side head lock and take down. Roman with a shoulder tackle and he gets a near fall. Roman returns to the side head lock. Cesaro with a shoulder tackle and he gets a near fall. Cesaro with a La Magistral for a near fall. Cesaro with more near falls and Roman rolls to the floor. Cesaro with a waist lock and Roman with an elbow and then he sends Cesaro into the turnbuckles. Cesaro with a springboard European uppercut. Cesaro with a double leg take down and he tries for the Giant Swing but Roman gets to the ropes.
Roman sends Cesaro and Cesaro lands awkwardly on the floor. Roman with a chop and he sends Cesaro shoulder first into the ring post. Roman sends Cesaro into the announce table and then they return to the ring and Roman gets a near fall. Roman with a reverse chin lock. Cesaro goes for a suplex and Reigns blocks it a few times. Roman with a suplex for a near fall. Roman with forearms and kicks in the corner. Cesaro with European uppercuts but Roman with an uppercut of his own. Roman with a cravate. Cesaro with punches and Roman with a flying clothesline for a near fall.
Roman with forearms and he returns to the reverse chin lock. Cesaro with a kick and punches followed by a European uppercut. Roman with a Samoan drop for a near fall. Roman winds up for the Superman punch but misses. Cesaro with a pop up European uppercut and both men are down. Cesaro with Irish whips and European uppercuts followed by a boot for a near fall. Cesaro kicks Roman in the hamstring and connects with elbow drops to the leg. Cesaro with the Sharpshooter on Roman and he locks it in but Roman quickly gets to the ropes to force a break. Roman goes to the floor and Cesaro with a corkscrew pescado.
Cesaro with a running European uppercut that sends Roman into the ringside barrier. Cesaro goes up top for a cross body and hits it for a near fall. Roman rolls to the apron. Roman punches Cesaro from the apron but Cesaro Irish whips Roman into the ring post. Cesaro goes to the turnbuckles and Roman with a punch and Cesaro hangs over the top rope. Roman with a boot to the head and he holds on to Cesaro's arm and he drops Cesaro to the floor. Cesaro checks his arm and Roman with a drive by that sends Cesaro into the ring steps.
Roman gets a near fall. Cesaro with a forearm and he connects with another one. Roman with a kick to the knee and he works on the injured arm. Roman continues to work on the arm and he says he is doing it DB Style. Cesaro with a head butt and European uppercut but Roman with a clothesline for a near fall. Roman with punches and knees. Roman with a boot to the head. Roman tells Cesaro he is his meal ticket and he has a lot of responsibilities. Roman with a head butt and kicks to the midsection. Cesaro with a back elbow and European uppercut. Roman with a boot to the injured arm but Cesaro with a discus clothesline but Cesaro uses his injured arm.
Roman holds his jaw and Cesaro with JYD head butts. Cesaro with a European uppercut using the bad arm and he hits a running European uppercut into the corner followed by kicks and the referee warns Roman. Roman goes to the apron and Cesaro goes for the superplex into the ring and he hits it for a near fall. Cesaro with a head butt to the leg and Cesaro kicks the leg. Cesaro with a double stomp to the chest. Cesaro sets for the Gotch Style Neutralizer but Roman blocks it and Roman with a Fujiwara arm bar. Cesaro with a rollup for a near fall. Cesaro comes off the ropes for a springboard move but Roman with a Superman punches for a near fall.
Roman sets for the spear but Cesaro with a European uppercut and he goes for the pop up European uppercut but he cannot get Roman up due to the damage done to the arm. Roman with a guillotine and a body scissors but Cesaro gets to his feet and he hits a spinebuster and then he gets a near fall. Cesaro sets for the Sharpshooter and locks it in. Cesaro grabs the arm and he applies a crossface and he rolls Roman into the center of the ring. Roman grabs the injured arm and he connects with forearms to the head. Roman sets for a power bomb and he hits it and gets a near fall. Roman with more forearms.
Cesaro sends Roman aside with a flip and Roman with a forearm into a guillotine. Cesaro picks up Roman with a spinebuster for Roman holds on to the guillotine and Roman with punches to Cesaro. Cesaro powers out of the guillotine for a moment but Roman adds the body scissors and locks in the hold and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Roman Reigns (retains championship)
After the match, Jey Uso makes his way to the ring and he has the Uce lei and Roman allows him to put it on.
Jey wants to get Cesaro and he hits a super kick on Cesaro. Jey punches Cesaro. Jey pulls Cesaro into the center of the ring for a splash, but . . .
Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring. Seth gets in Roman's face and he smiles. Roman is not smiling but Seth attacks Cesaro. Seth sends Cesaro into the ring steps and then he sends Cesaro over the announce table. Rollins gets a chair and hits Cesaro in the back and arm. Seth hits Cesaro in the ribs with the chair and he puts the chair around Cesaro's arm. Seth says nobody makes a mockery of him and then he sends the chair into the ring post. Rollins with a stomp to the arm on the floor.
