Match Number Three: Matt Riddle versus Sheamus in a Qualifying Match for the Number One Contender Triple Threat Match to Face Drew McIntyre at TLC Match
Riddle wants to fist bump and Sheamus slaps his hand away and they have some words. Sheamus pushes Riddle and Riddle with a waist lock and forearms. Sheamus with a front face lock. Sheamus with a wrist lock and Riddle goes for a sleeper but Sheamus with a judo throw. They lock up and go to a stalemate. Sheamus with a side head lock take down. Riddle with a wrist lock into a double wrist lock. Sheamus with a knee in the corner followed by a forearm to the back. Sheamus with a double wrist lock. Riddle with punches and forearms. Sheamus with a clothesline and kick to the chest. Sheamus chokes Riddle. Sheamus with a double wrist lock take down into a head scissors. Riddle escapes and applies a cross arm breaker but Sheamus blocks the full application of the hold and Sheamus gets to the ropes.
Sheamus goes to the floor. Riddle and Sheamus with kicks and Riddle with forearms and punches. Sheamus with knees and a suplex for a near fall. Riddle with punches and a kick. Sheamus clotheslines Riddle over the top rope to the floor. Sheamus comes off the apron and Riddle with a kick to the chest. Riddle with an exploder on the floor and they return to the ring. Riddle with a back senton for a near fall. Riddle with kicks to the chest. Sheamus with a punch and forearms to the chest.
Riddle falls to the floor and the referee starts his count. Riddle gets back into the ring and Sheamus with a European uppercut. Sheamus with a uranage back breaker for a near fall. Sheamus goes for an Irish whip but Riddle holds on to the ropes. Sheamus with a kick and he sends Riddle into the turnbuckles. Sheamus with a shoulder and he sends Riddle shoulder first into the ring post. Sheamus charges into the corner and Riddle moves as Sheamus hits the ring post shoulder first. Riddle with kicks to the chest. Riddle with a forearm and Sheamus blocks a kick and hits an Alabama Slam.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Sheamus with a half nelson and chin bar. Riddle with forearms and Sheamus with a jumping knee for a near fall. Sheamus stomps on the hand and Riddle avoids a slam and Riddle with a Pele Kick that sends Sheamus to the floor. Riddle with a running kick to the chest on the apron followed by a twisting moonsault to the floor. Riddle goes up top for a cross body and Sheamus catches Riddle and hits a uranage for a near fall. Sheamus goes for a Cloverleaf and Riddle blocks it for a moment but Sheamus locks in the hold. Riddle gets to the ropes to force a break. Sheamus goes for the forearms on the apron and Riddle blocks it and he applies a kimura in the ropes.
Riddle drops Sheamus on the top rope and Sheamus with a rollup into a heel hook. Riddle with forearms and Sheamus with a forearm. Sheamus gets a near fall. Sheamus adds more pressure and Riddle kicks Sheamus to escape the hold. Riddle gets a near fall. Riddle misses a kick and Sheamus goes for a rollup but Riddle rolls through and connects with a knee for a near fall. Riddle goes to the turnbuckles but Sheamus stops Riddle and crotches him. Sheamus with forearms to the back.
Sheamus sets for a belly-to-back superplex but Riddle knocks Sheamus to the mat. Sheamus punches Riddle and Sheamus goes to the turnbuckles. Sheamus with a forearm and he sets for a Super Air Raid Crash and hits it for a near fall. Sheamus goes for the Brogue Kick but Riddle falls before Sheamus can connect. Sheamus has some words for Riddle but Riddle with a head butt and round kick. Riddle with a victory roll but Sheamus rolls through into a Cloverleaf. Riddle counters into a rollup for the three count.
Winner: Matt Riddle
We see Lana walking in the back and Asuka stops her. Asuka asks Lana if she wants to challenge her for the title.
Lana says she is not going to challenge Asuka because Asuka is one of the best.
Asuka says she is open for a challenge and accepts it. She tells Lana she may go home tonight as the Women's Champion.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Lana, who did not want a title match, is getting a title match.
Tom talks about the situation between Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross.
We go to the Firefly FunHouse.
Bray and Alexa welcome everyone. Alexa says tonight's episode is about something evil, vile, and repulsive. Bray says they are talking about friendship. Bray says friends will always let you down. Your so called friend ends up burning something. Bray says friends are no good, like your opponent Nikki. We have a new friend in the funhouse and it is a frog. Abby wants to know who the f*** he is. He says he is the Friendship Frog and friendships last forever.
Bray says Alexa should show Friendship Frog what she is going to do to Nikki.
Alexa transforms and the Frog knows things are going to end up poorfly for him. We see Alexa bludgeon the frog.
Bray asks for a moment of silence for Friendship Frogl, who was 40 years old.
Alexa says Friendship Frog was a fine amphibian. Bray says it is a shame he croaked and then Bray and Alexa laugh a lot.
Match Number Four: Asuka versus Lana for the Raw Women's Championship
Before the match starts, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler make their way to the ring.
They lock up and Lana with a take down. They lock up and Lana with a side head lock and Lana with a rollup for a near fall. Asuka avoids a kick and hits a pop up knee. Asuka with a baseball slide but Lana moves out of the way and Asuka is taunted by Shayna and Nia. Asuka pours water on Shayna and Nia and they attack Asuka as the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Asuka (by disqualification [retains championship])
After the match, Nia and Shayna attack Asuka and Shayna removes the table coverings and Lana makes the save for Asuka.
Nia takes the mic and she says that you started something so finish it. Shayna says they are challenging you tonight.
Match Number Five: Asuka and Lana versus Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax in a Non Title Match
The match is joined in progress and Shayna misses a knee in the corner and Lana with kicks. Nia tags in and biels Lana. Nia with a biel. Nia chokes Lana in the ropes. Lana is sent to the floor by Nia and Shayna tags in and kicks Lana. Lana is sent back into the ring. Shayna stands on the foot to keep Lana from making the tag. Shayna works on the neck. Nia tags in and she splashes Lana in the corner. Nia pie faces Lana and calls her pathetic. Lana slaps Nia and kicks Nia. Nia keeps Lana from making the tag and runs Lana into the turnbuckles. Shayna tags in and punches Lana. Shayna with a snap mare and kick to the back.
Shayna stretches Lana and stands on her head. Shayna slams the knee into the mat and she kicks Lana. Shayna misses a baseball slide but Lana is unable to make the tag. Lana with a kick and Asuka tags in and Asuka with a drop kick to Shayna and a hip attack to Nia. Asuka with kicks to Shayna and a Codebreaker. Asuka with a hip attack. Shayna avoids a German suplex and connects with a back fist. Asuka with a back fist and German suplex followed by a Shining Wizard for a near fall.
Shayna sends Asuka face first to the mat and connects with a knee for a near fall. Nia pulls Lana off the apron and head butts Lana. Nia pushes Lana down and Nia plays with the announce table. Nia gets Lana on her shoulders and Lana escapes and she kicks NIa in the head. Nia tries to hit Lana with a shoulder tackle and Lana moves and NIa goes over the announce table. Shayna with a Kirifuda Clutch even though Lana is not legal in the match. Asuka with a rollup for the three count.
Winners: Lana and Asuka
Matt Riddle walks in the back and he sees MVP and calls him OG. Riddle wants to know what is going on with Big Bobby. Riddle says Keith and Lashley will be a fight for the ages. Riddle says he has a million ideas for MVP and he suggests pizza flavored yogurt.
MVP asks Riddle if Bobby Lashley really has time to listen to this. He tells Riddle he isn't his bro and Matt is disappointed. MVP tells Riddle to get his best ideas and meet with him in a few weeks. If they like the ideas they are in business. If they don't like the ideals they will do business.
We go to commercial.
