Welcome to PWInsider.com's live coverage of NXT's Takeover 31 Network Special from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida.

Scott Stanford is your host and he shows footage of The Undisputed Era and Finn Balor arriving at the building.

Your co-host is Sam Roberts.

Scott mentions the Capitol Wrestling Center and they talk about how NXT honors the history while bringing the wrestling forward.

Scott and Sam run through the card.

McKenzie Mitchell is at the building and she mentions her interview with Triple H.  He says there will be a landmark shift in the brand.  She says that Damian Priest was not happy with what happened on Wednesday and the North American Title match will start the show.

We take a look at the Women's Title Match with a video package.

Scott mentions Rhea Ripley's comments from earlier today about the Women's Title Match.  Rhea says she wants her championship back and she wants a match against Io.  Triple H says that Candice knows that Rhea is waiting for her if she wins tonight.  Hunter says that in a few years, Rhea will be on top.  Rhea says she wants the winner of the match and if it is Candice, it will be the shortest title reign in NXT history.

Sam says Rhea could have gotten a title match by winning the battle royal.

Sam says that Candice has changed not just her hair color.  She has embraced the Gargano Way.  It is time for the spotlight to be on them.

Sam says Io has lost her edge and Candice will win the title.

Scott suggests that Candice and Johnny might not be preparing properly for their matches.  Sam suggests that they are multitasking.

Scott asks if Johnny Gargano can win tonight.

Sam says that Johnny has been able to overcome adversity and this is the moment for Johnny to prove that what he says about himself is true.  Priest needs to show that he is the future.

We see Isaiah Scott arriving at the building earlier today.

We also see Santos Excobar and the rest of Legado Del Fantasma.

We have a video package for the Cruiserweight Title Match.

Scott points out that Scott is the only one to beat Escobar and asks if this will have an effect.  Sam says it is a different Santos Escobar and he feels it can steal the show.  Sam says Scott is one of the top people he would want if he was running a company.

We take a look at KUSHIDA versus Velveteen Dream with a video package.

Sam mentions KUSHIDA's match on Wednesday and his weapons along with his new attitude.  Sam says he is glad we are going to get some aggression out of KUSHIDA.  Sam says he was excited for KUSHIDA to come to NXT but he has not had that moment to shine.  Sam says this is KUSHIDA's toughest opponent.  If this is that KUSHIDA, it could be a good night for him.

We go to Corey Taylor and he mentions how NXT is using his new song as the theme song for tonight's show.  He says there is a lot of great things going on tonight.  Corey says he is going with Finn in the main event.

We have a video package for the NXT Men's Championship Match.

Scott brings up Triple H with Adam Cole.  Cole says Kyle is one of the best in the world and he has excelled in high pressure situations.  He says he is so confident that he is excited to be here for Kyle's big night.

Scott asks about Cole's comments and whether he has his back.  Sam says they are brothers but they were functioning under the order with Adam Cole as champion.  He says humility does not suit Adam Cole.  Scott asks if the best Finn Balor is too much for Kyle.  Sam says this will be a candidate for match of the year.

We go to Ryan and Matt from the Bump for their picks.  Ryan says Priest will retain.  Matt picks Gargano.  Matt also picks Candice to win the Women's Title.  Ryan agrees with Matt.  Matt picks KUSHIDA over Velveteen Dream.  Ryan is also picking KUSHIDA.  Ryan is picking Santos to retain.  Matt picks Scott to win.  Matt picks Kyle to win.  Ryan says Kyle is ready for this and he will win.

Sam says this show will make history.  Regardless of how they go, they have the potential to disrupt NXT to its core.  This will be a new NXT.
