Match Number Six: WWE Championship Match: AJ Styles versus Shinsuke Nakamura in a No Disqualification Match
The bell rings and Nakamura goes to the floor. Styles goes after Nakamura and Nakamura goes into the ring. Styles pulls Nakamura to the floor and sends him into the ringside barrier a few times. AJ sends Nakamura into the announce table. AJ sends Nakamura back into the ring. Styles with a suplex for a near fall. AJ with an Irish whip and he runs into a boot and elbow. Styles with a back breaker.
Nakamura with a side head lock. Nakamura with knees and Styles tries for the Phenomenal drop kick but Nakamura holds on to the ropes. Styles with a drop kick and Nakamura goes to the apron. Nakamura is sent into the ringside barrier and Styles with a splash against the ringside barrier. Styles misses a second attempt and hits the ringside barrier when Nakamura moves. Nakamura with a forearm and he sends Styles into the ringside barrier. Nakamura sends Styles into the ring steps and Styles hits the steps with his knees.
Nakamura hangs AJ over the apron and Nakamura with a running knee to the head. Nakamura comes off the ring steps with a knee to the back of the head and he gets a near fall. Nakamura with kicks in the corner. Nakamura kicks Styles in the leg and then he chokes Styles in the corner. Nakamura with a knee drop for a near fall. Nakamura with a round kick to the head.
Nakamura with a back body drop and he makes a cover using a boot for a near fall. Nakamura with knees to the ribs and head. Nakamura with a front face lock. Styles with punches and Nakamura with a jumping boot to the head that sends AJ to the floor. Nakamura goes to the floor and sends AJ into the ringside barrier. Styles is sent over the ringside barrier into the timekeeper's area. Styles with a forearm but Nakamura kicks AJ onto the ringside barrier. Nakamura sends AJ back into the ring and applies a sleeper. Nakamura with a dragon sleeper. Styles lands on his feet and he punches Nakamura.
Nakamura sends Styles to the apron and AJ with a forearm. Nakamura catches Styles off the ropes and puts him on the turnbuckles and connects with a knee to the midsection. Nakamura goes to the turnbuckles and hits a flying knee for a near fall. Nakamura gets Styles on his shoulders for a Cradle Shock and a near fall. Nakamura kicks Styles on the apron. Nakamura looks under the apron and then he grabs a steel chair.
Nakamura brings the chair into the ring and he waits to hit AJ with it. AJ gets Nakamura up but Nakamura with strikes. AJ with strikes of his own. Nakamura with strikes of his own. Nakamura with a reverse exploder onto the steel chair and Nakamura gets a near fall. Nakamura sets for Kinshasa but AJ throws the chair at Nakamura's knee. Nakamura with a kick to Styles. Styles with a Calf Crusher.
Nakamura with a triangle but Styles goes for a Styles Clash. Nakamura is knocked to the floor. Styles sets for a springboard move to the floor but Nakamura gets back into the ring and Styles with a forearm followed by an Ushigoroshi for a near fall. Styles with a Pele Kick and styles sets for the Styles Clash and Nakamura with a low blow. Styles fires back and both men are down. The referee makes his count and Nakamura with a head lock but Styles pushes him away.
They exchange forearms that are weakened from the earlier low blows. Styles with a forearm and Nakamura fires back. Styles with a forearm and Nakamura with a head butt. Both men go for kicks and both connect in the upper groin. The referee makes the ten count.
Double Count Out (AJ Styles Retains Championship)
Match Number Seven: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn versus Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman
Lashley and Zayn start things off and Zayn with a clean break and he backs into the ropes to avoid Lashley. Zayn with a side head lock. Lashley with a shoulder tackle and Zayn gets to his corner. Owens tags in and Lashley with a waist lock take down. Lashley sends Owens into the turnbuckles and follows with an Irish whip and shoulder. Lashley with another Irish whip and Owens with a boot. Lashley with a neck breaker. Owens with a punch and Zayn tags in. Lashley with a clothesline. Lashley with an Irish whip and clothesline followed by an elbow. Lashley with a punch and Zayn goes to the floor.
Lashley sends Zayn into the ringside barrier as they make their way to the announce table. Zayn's head is slammed into the announce table. Lashley hits Owens on the apron and Zayn drops Lashley on the top rope. Owens tags in and hits a back senton on the floor. They return to the ring. Zayn tags in and punches Lashley. Zayn punches Lashley and applies a reverse chin lock.
Lashley with punches to get out of the hold but Zayn keeps Lashley from making the tag. Lashley with a flatline and both men are down. Owens tags in and kicks Lashley before he can make the tag. Owens goes for a back senton but Lashley gets his knees up. Strowman makes the tag and he clotheslines Owens twice. Strowman with an Irish whip and splash into the corner. Zayn thinks about interfering and he goes to the floor. Strowman chases after Zayn and Strowman with a running shoulder tackle on Owens and then he knocks Zayn down. Strowman with a clothesline to Owens.
Owens is sent back into the ring and Strowman misses a shoulder into the corner and hits the ring post. Zayn tags in and sets for the Helluva Kick but Strowman catches him and Zayn goes to the floor. Sayn tries to go into the crowd but Owens stops him. Zayn wants to go up the ramp and Owens stops him. Owens says they stay and fight. Zayn sends Owens into the ring and Strowman with a forearm to the chest.
Zayn wants to leave and Owens sends him back into the ring. Zayn tries to pull Owens back into the ring. Zayn slaps Owens and Zayn apologizes. Zayn goes back to the floor. Strowman splashes Owens and Lashley with a spinebuster. Lashley with a delayed vertical suplex on Owens. Lashley gets the three count.
Winners: Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman
After the match, Strowman tries to bring Zayn back into the ring but he stays on the floor. Strowman with a power slam to Owens.
Strowman sends Zayn into the ring and he is caught between Lashley and Strowman. Strowman gets Zayn up for a running power slam.
