The Eagle's Nest of the ECW Arena is often incorrectly identified as the balcony above the front doors fans enter the facility. That's not it. This box in the center, shot from the floor of the building, is the actual Eagle's Nest. In recent years, they added a lot of additional walking space around it to make it a small private balcony that was used for cameras and production equipment. During the early days of ECW, it was a small box that would only be accessed via a ladder. It was here that JT Smith, who attended the final show, would be thrown out of the Nest to the floor below by the Dark Patriot. A few years later, Tommy Dreamer would be chokeslammed off just the right of it through four tables stacked by the future BWO.
