BILL DEMOTT RESIGNATION FALLOUT NOTES INCLUDING A TRUE INDICATION OF HOW WWE DEVELOPMENTAL TALENTS ARE REACTING

Yesterday, I noted that those in the WWE developmental system were extremely happy about Bill DeMott, in the wake of the growing accusations against him, resigning from the company.  Just to give you an idea of that level of celebration, "Chronicle" screenwriter Max Landis wrote the following on his Twitter account:

The texts I'm getting from my friends from NXT right now are basically along the lines of "We got Bin Laden" levels of emotional release

Very surprised that in an industry full of giant unstable bruisers with informal martial arts training, no one ever just beat DeMott's ass.

In regard to stories floating around that Bill DeMott has been moved to an office job within WWE, we have been told specifically by WWE representatives that he is gone from the company, not just the developmental system or NXT.

The Washington Post picked up the DeMott story and featured the following statement from WWE: "“We accepted Bill DeMott’s resignation."
