DANIEL BRYAN MISSING FROM THE NBC SPECIAL, THE PRICE OF THE WWE NETWORK IN CANADA, JIM ROSS HOOKING UP WITH COWBOY BILL WATTS, THE END OF JERICHO'S RUN IN WWE AND MORE

I got the Comcast X1 system yesterday (it's really cool for those of you thinking about it, you can actually download stuff from your DVR to your tablet for offline viewing) and when you pause during Raw, in the bottom left corner comes up a picture of John Cena with the title belt.

Speaking of Cena, he is being advertised for the 10/7 Smackdown taping in Philadelphia.

The guy that Mark Henry shook hands with after his match former NFL QB Vince Young.  Young led the Texas Longhorns to the NCAA championship, scoring a game winning TD at the end of the game.  I am shocked that at least JBL didn't know who Young was.

Jim Ross is interviewing Cowboy Bill Watts today for his podcast.  That should be a great one given their history together.

In case you missed NBC's WrestleMania special over the weekend, Daniel Bryan wasn't shown at all.  It is mind boggling to me.  I get that they wanted to push the historic opening of the show, but the guy winning the WWE Title in the main event doesn't even get a mention?  I don't get it.

Chris Jericho did an Ask Me Anything on Reddit yesterday.  He said he will only appear in WWE in between Fozzy tours.  He said that his current run ends at Night Of Champions, which takes place on 9/21 in Nashville. That's what our own Mike Johnson reported when Jericho made his comeback.  Thanks to Al Nason for sending that along.

Eric Lewis sent this update about The WWE Network in Canada. ... I asked Rogers Communications on Facebook about the Network. They responded, saying it will indeed be available to all Rogers customers in the country, and it will include everything, including on-demand stuff. They also confirmed that the price for the "preview," will be $11.99 a month.
