WWE will record Main Event and Smackdown tonight in Corpus Christi, TX. Chris Jericho vs. Erick Rowan has been announced for Smackdown. Dean Ambrose vs. Alberto Del Rio is announced for Main Event. If you are going to the show and can send a report, please drop me a line.
Speaking of Del Rio, he needed stitches over his left eye after his Superstars match with Justin Gabriel last night. WWE has pictures of him getting stitched up, which you can see by clicking here.
WWE reports their second quarter earnings on Thursday. It will be a very newsworthy day for the company as they will report their current WWE Network subscriber numbers. As we mentioned last month when 11 talents were released, departments across the board were told to make reductions. There is a lot of talk that some of those cuts will take place on Thursday. Suffice it to say, it will be a hard week for people that work for the company.
