Regarding MVP's injury, he is still scheduled to face Eric Young in the main event of TNA Slammiversary internally within TNA. A representative of the company confirmed that match was still "official" earlier today.

MVP appeared on the newest episode of Chris Jericho's podcast and noted that he has put off having an MRI and has started putting weight on the knee, which he injured while working for Preston City Wrestling in Great Britain. He noted that he is doing everything he can to work the match but acknowledged that TNA is working on a "Plan B" if it's needed.

Eric Young is currently doing a media conference call. When he was asked about MVP's status, he said he is preparing to wrestle MVP and if something has to change the night of the PPV, he will be ready to deal with it.
