By Mike Johnson on 2014-04-14 14:29:47 is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior passed away due to a massive heart attack.

According to their report, Warrior's death was ruled as natural, with no alcohol or drugs directly involved. Obviously "directly" is the key word there as Warrior has always admitted his use of steroids, often saying there was a difference between use and abuse, so there is a history.

According to the medical examiner, the official cause of death was "Atherosclerotic/Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease", aka heart disease.

WWE will be paying tribute tonight to Warrior during Raw as well as this week on the WWE Network with a series of specials about his life and career.

Warrior passed away this past Tuesday, the day after his first Monday Night Raw appearance since 1996 and three days after his WWE Hall of Fame induction. He was 55 years old.
