WWE MAIN EVENT REPORT: KANE VERSUS DANIEL BRYAN; DIVAS IN ACTION; USOS FIRST TITLE DEFENSE

We begin with footage from Raw when Daniel Bryan addressed the people of Chicago and his challenge to Triple H. Last night, he faced Batista. What will happen tonight when he faces Kane?

We are in Detroit, Michigan and your announcers are Byron ‘Robocop’ Saxton and Tom ‘Robocop 2’ Phillips.

Match Number One: Kane versus Daniel Bryan

Bryan with a forearm but Kane stops him and Kane with punches in the corner. Kane with kicks and the referee pulls Kane out of the corner. Kane with more punches to Bryan. Kaen with an Irish whip and clothesline in the corner. Kane with a kick to the neck. Kane with a knee to the midsection followed by a drop kick to Bryan for a near fall.

Kane with a rear chin lock into a nerve hold. Bryan with elbows but Kane sends Bryan over the top rope but Bryan lands on the apron. Kane charges at Bryan and goes over the top rope to the floor. Bryan with a kick from the apron and then Kane catches Bryan coming off the apron and Kane sends Bryan into the apron and then into the ringside barrier.

Kane with a bow and arrow against the ring post and the referee warns him again. Kane rolls back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Kane returns to the nerve hold and then a chin lock. Bryan with elbows followed by a drop toe hold when Kane charges into the corner. Bryan with a kick to the head and then to the chest. Bryan with punches to Kane followed by kicks. Kane sends Bryan into the corner but Bryan escapes and he kicks Kane.

Bryan climbs the turnbuckles and punches Kane until Kane pushes him off. Bryan trips Kane and he wrings the leg into the ring post. Bryan wrings the leg into the post a second time. Bryan with a drop kick to the leg against the ring post.

Bryan with kicks to the chest and then to the injured leg. Bryan with a dragon screw leg whip. Kane punches Bryan and tries to kick him away while Bryan drives the leg into the mat. Bryan puts his body weight onto the leg. Bryan kicks Kane in the back of the leg but Kane with an uppercut.

Kane with a head butt to Bryan and then he chokes Bryan in the ropes. Kane with a kick to the chest and then he slams Bryan. Kane with an elbow drop for a near fall. Kane returns to the nerve hold. Bryan with a drop kick to the injured knee. Bryan with more kicks to the left leg. Bryan puts the leg in the ropes and Bryan with a drop kick to the leg. Bryan with a running drop kick across the ring. Bryan runs into a boot when he goes for a second one. We go to commercial.

We are back and Bryan with kicks and then he hits a drop kick. Kane with a clothesline and he gets a near fall. Kane with a head butt to the back of the head. Kane with a back breaker and he stretches Bryan over his knee. Bryan tries to get off Kane’s knee and he gets to the mat. Bryan with kicks and then he goes to the turnbuckles but Kane with an uppercut. Kane gets a near fall. Kane with a rear chin lock. Bryan gets back to his feet and Kane with a punch to stop Bryan’s momentum. Bryan with a kick followed by a back heel kick and a tornado DDT.

Bryan with kicks to the leg but Kane with an uppercut. Kane with an Irish whip but Bryan flips over and Bryan tries for an O’Connor Roll but Kane holds on to the ropes. Bryan with a drop kick that sends Kane over the top rope to the floor. Bryan with a suicide dive and he soars and scores.

Bryan sends Kane back into the ring and Bryan goes up top. Bryan with a missile drop kick to Kane for a near fall. Bryan with kicks to the chest but he misses the round kick and Kane with a side slam for a near fall. Kane goes up top for the clothesline and he connects. Kane sets for the choke slam but Bryan with a round kick to the temple and then Bryan goes up top for the diving head butt.

Bryan gets a near fall. Bryan with kicks to Kane’s leg and the referee warns him. Kane with an uppercut to Bryan and then he goes to the turnbuckles and lifts Bryan to choke him. Bryan with an enzuigiri that staggers Kane on the turnbuckles. Bryan sets for a super rana but Kane holds on to the ropes. Kane with a DDT for a near fall.

Kane with a short arm clothesline. Kane with a second short arm clothesline. Kane sets for the choke slams but Bryan with a sunset flip into a rollup for the three count.

Winner: Daniel Bryan

In case you missed it last night on Raw, The Usos became the new WWE Tag Team Champions when they defeated Billy Gunn and Road Dogg. Tonight, the Outlaws get their chance to regain the titles in their rematch.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Main Event will air at 8:00 PM on Tuesday nights on the WWE Network.

Kane is walking in the back and he is not happy. Josh Mathews wants to know if Kane is angry at himself for losing to Daniel Bryan. Kane says the answer is no. He is not angry at himself. Daniel Bryan got lucky. That twerp and sawed off gargoyle keeps challenging the COO. Daniel is not fit for a match against him, much less HHH.

Match Number Two: Nikki Bella (with Brie Bella) versus Alicia Fox (with Aksana)

They lock up and Alicia with a side head lock. Alicia with a shoulder tackle and she taunts Nikki. Alicia misses an elbow drop and Nikki starts to work on the arm. Nikki wrings the arm. Nikki with a fireman’s carry into an arm bar. Alicia backs Nikki into the ropes and Alicia with knees. Nikki with a head scissors followed by a monkey flip. Aksana distracts Nikki on the apron and Alicia pulls Nikki off the turnbuckles and gets a near fall.

Alicia with a figure four head scissors but Nikki bridges to try to get out of the hold. Nikki bridges back and gets a near fall. Nikki misses a drop kick when Alicia holds on to the ropes. Alicia with a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Alicia chokes Nikki in the ropes. Alicia with a snap mare and reverse chin lock.

Nikki gets to her feet but Alicia with a knee and she tries for a backslide but Nikki blocks it. Nikki lands on her feet and she connects with a drop kick and facebuster. Nikki with a back body drop and Aksana gets on the apron. Brie pulls Aksana off the apron.

Alicia with a rollup for a near fall. Nikki with Shock Treatment for the three count.

Winner: Nikki Bella

We take a look at Legend’s House.

We go to commercial.

Renee Young is in the ring with the Usos. She asks them about how they feel about the response to their victory. Jimmy says that it hasn’t even sunk in yet. They are still on cloud nine. When you work hard for and achieve a goal, it is worth it.

Jey says that everyone is happy about their win, except the New Age Outlaws.

Renee asks them what is next. They say that they are going to Wrestlemania. Jey says that it is going to be a long run for the new Tag Team Champions.

The challengers are in street clothes instead of their usual wrestling gear.

James says that Tonya is doing a great job and he tells Billy to show her out of the ring. James asks Billy if he can feel that. Not the feeling of hopelessness that reeks from this decaying city. The feeling of awe. Not from standing in the ring with the new Tag Team Champions. The feeling of awe for standing in the ring with the luckiest boys in the world.

They came out here to tell them that they are going to need to delay their tag title rematch due to an injury that James suffered at Raw. He slipped on something and Billy has that encephalitis. They owe it to everyone to be at 100%. When they come back, the titles are coming back home to the New Age Outlaws.

Brad Maddox comes to the stage and he has an announcement to make. Brad has confirmed that James has suffered a legitimate injury. They will get their rematch. A tag title match has been promised, so that is what we are going to get. Their opponents are Los Matadores.

The Outlaws join Tom and Byron at the announce table.

Match Number Three: Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso versus Fernando and Diego (with El Torito) for the WWE Tag Team Titles

Fernando and Jey start things off and they try to get the crowd to chant for them. They shake hands and lock up. Jey with a side head lock and take down. Fernando with a rollup for a near fall. Jey with a shoulder tackle and a rollup for a near fall. Jey with another rollup for a near fall. Fernando with a crucifix for a near fall. Jey with an arm drag and then each man goes for a drop kick.

Jimmy and Diego tag in and they lock up. Diego with a hammer lock but Jimmy with a reversal. Diego with a flying mare. Jimmy with a shoulder tackle. Jimmy blocks a hip toss and hits one of his own. Jimmy with an arm drag into an arm bar. Jimmy slides into the corner and Diego stops Jimmy with an Ole. Jimmy avoids a leg sweep and then Jimmy does some dancing.

Jimmy catapults Diego into the turnbuckles and Jey tags in and he hits a running forearm into the corner. Jey gets a near fall. Jey with a punch. Jey holds onto the ropes and Jey sends Diego over the top rope to the floor. Jey with a suicide dive onto Diego but Fernando with a splash off the turnbuckles. Jimmy with a plancha and all four men are down on the floor as we go to commercial.

We are back and Diego with a near fall. Jey tags in and they hit a double back elbow and double elbow drop for a near fall. Jey with a key lock. Diego with a kick and Fernando tags in and they hit a high and low combination for a near fall. Fernando with another near fall. Diego tags back in and Fernando with an Irish whip followed by a double monkey flip for a near fall.

Fernando tags in and he hits a slingshot senton after a suplex by Diego and Fernando gets a near fall. Diego tags back in and he applies a reverse chin lock. Both men go for a clothesline and both men are down. Jimmy and Fernando tag in and Jimmy with clotheslines and a super kick followed by a punch and Bubba Bomb. Jimmy misses the running butt splash into the corner. Fernando and Jimmy with reversal that end with a tornado DDT for a near fall.

Fernando with a springboard senton but Jimmy moves on a second one and Jimmy with a Samoan drop for a near fall. Diego does a headstand in the corner and Jey with a super kick. Jimmy and Jey with a double super kick to Fernando followed by a superfly splash for the three count.

Winners: Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso

After the match, The Outlaws mock Torito and Torito with a head scissors to Gunn and then he avoids the Outlaws. Gunn is in the ring with Fernando and Diego and then they get Gunn up for a head butt to the groin from Torito on the ropes.
