PRINCE DEVITT-WWE UPDATE

As we've noted a few times in the Elite section over the last few weeks, WWE has made an offer to New Japan star Prince Devitt, who is just an incredible performer in the ring.

The word making the rounds is that Devitt is expected to make a decision about whether he will remain with New Japan and sign a new deal with them and or take a WWE offer by the end of the next set of NJPW shows.

Triple H in particular has wanted to sign Devitt after being shown a tape of Devitt vs. Pac in New Japan from several years back. Pac was immediately signed and rechristened Adrian Neville in NXT.

Devitt was booked to win the Wrestling.ie championship at an American Wrestling Roadshow event. A press release announcing the change described him as "WWE-bound". So, we will see. Here is the match:
