INJURY CHANGES WWE HELL IN A CELL CARD, CENA UPDATE, DEL RIO AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2013-10-27 14:02:31
WWE announced that WWE Intercontinental champion Curtis Axel is injured and will not be working tonight's PPV. That explains why his match with Big E. Langston disappeared from their website over the course of the weekend. We are working to confirm what the actual injury is.

The Miami Herald reported that when he competes tonight at Hell in A Cell,

John Cena will sport a protective compression sleeve (with pad insert) on his surgically repaired arm, similar to what former NBA star Allen Iverson wore and what Miami Heat star guard Dwyane Wade wears. That will minimize any swelling and help decrease impact on the arm.

David Tees reporting....Alberto Del Rio was shown during the World Series Of Fighting VI broadcast last night on the NBC Sports Network. Del Rio was shown taking pictures with WSOF President Rey Sefo. Announcer Todd Harris plugged the WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view and his match against John Cena.

WWE will broadcast Raw on 12/16 from Dallas, Texas. Tickets will go on sale on 11/1.

WWE will run Hampton, VA on 1/4/14. Tickets for that event will also go on sale on 11/1.
