WHAT WOULD MAKE VINCE FEAR TNA, WHY THE IC TITLE BELT MEANS SO LITTLE, WHAT HOLDS TNA BACK AND MORE

A lot of people talk about how the Intercontinental Title doesn't mean anything anymore.. At what point throughout the years do you think that started happening? Did it begin over-time or, did it start with a certain reign? When was it, that the title's meaning became diminished in your eyes?

Once WWE debuted The World Title it signaled the fall of the IC belt.  It was no longer the secondary belt.  It became a distant third on the importance scale. And the way WWE has booked it, as not being important, hasn't helped either.

Who will get their third strike first, Randy or RVD? (My money is on RVD)

I hope no one ever fails that third test to be honest with you.

I have been a huge TNA fan for years. One thing that TNA does far better that WWE is create better heels. They are booked strong and in many cases just come off with more charisma than faces. This leads to my question. While many loyal fans prefer heels, is there a difference in building a fan base if your top draws are faces like Cena or heels like Bully Ray, Austin Aries and Bad Influence? Could this be a reason why TNA is having a hard time growing their fan base past present numbers as casual fans seem to like to cheer for faces and TNA seems to be in short supply of fan popular ones?

I don't think that is the issue.  I think it's more that with WWE being down the last few years that it affects the entire business.  I also think the reliance on older wrestlers hurts the company as well.  Younger fans want to see younger talents.  Having an almost 60 year old Hulk Hogan dominate the broadcasts doesn't attract new viewers.

Do you think Vince would be "concerned" if Impact was constantly matching or outdoing Smack Down's ratings? By concerned I don't really mean concerned/panic, since Smack Down is just their B show...but do you think WWE would load Smack Down, or even Raw better than they do now? Or do you think they wouldn't even care if Impact beat Smack Down and would only do something IF Impact was matching Raw's ratings? (Which won't happen any time soon.)

I think it Impact started doing three million viewers a week, Vince would absolutely become concerned and would take TNA much more seriously than he does now.

If the Miz uses the Figure 4 as a finisher, why wouldn’t he work over an opponents leg?

That, sadly, isn't his call.  He does what the agents tell him to do but I agree, it would make a lot more sense to have him work the leg early to make the move more effective.
