BACKSTAGE NOTES FROM TNA IMPACT LAST NIGHT AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2013-06-07 15:07:53
Hulk Hogan noted on Twitter that TNA is working on an Australian tour. That is something the company has wanted to do for a LONG, LONG time.

Here's the video of Rampage Jackson's debut. I have my thoughts on Impact on the main page:

We almost had Abyss and Joseph Park in the same segment last night. At one point, there were plans for Abyss to come out during the segment where Devon worked over Joseph Park in the ring. There was someone at the taping set to portray Abyss but the plan was dropped over the course of the day.

Visiting at last night's taping in Duluth, GA was former TNA star Sonny Siaki as well as former referee Slick Johnson.

TNA Bound for Glory tickets went on sale today. The venue is only selling specific sections currently, so TNA will be opening up the venue based on how many tickets they sell and what they need for the production involved.

TNA is in Rome GA today and Aiken, SC tomorrow. If anyone is attending either show, we are seeking live reports. Advertised for both events are:

*TNA champ Bully Ray vs. Jeff Hardy
*AJ Styles vs. Bobby Roode
*Kurt Angle vs. Mr Anderson
*Chavo Guerrero & Hernandez vs. Christopher Daniels & Kazarian
*Velvet Sky vs. Gail Kim
*Joseph Park vs. Robbie E

Christopher Daniels & Kazarian will be signing on Saturday 6/8 at 1 at Direct Auto Insurance (3555 Richland Avenue West) in Aiken, SC to promote that night's house show in the same market.
