WWE RAW COMING TO BROOKLYN FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, BARBED WIRE CITY COMING TO NYC

By Mike Johnson on 2013-04-22 12:07:51
The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY will host a Raw taping for the first time ever on Monday 7/15, the day after the Money in the Bank PPV in Philadelphia. It will be the first TV taping ever in the venue, which hosted the excellent 2012 WWE TLC PPV.

Following it's world premiere in Philadelphia, the "Barbed Wire City" documentary on Extreme Championship Wrestling will have a special screening at The Gramercy Theater on East 23rd Street in New York City at 12 Noon. The screening is $15 and will include a post-screening discussion with the filmmakers and other personalities features in the film. For more details, visit www.barbedwirecity.com.

A promotion calling itself Latino World United will make its debut in New York City on 6/8 at the Elmcor Center in Corona, Queens, a venue Extreme Rising ran last year. Advertised for the show are Blue Demon Jr., Extreme Tiger, Shane Douglas, Damien 666, Bestia 666, The Maximos, Savio Vega and even Chicky Starr. Needless to say, I can't wait to see this show.
