WHEN THE DOLPH ZIGGLER WORLD TITLE CHANGE DECISION WAS MADE

Since we have gotten a ton of emails asking whether the crowd chants this past Monday in New Jersey led to a last second decision to shift the World title over to Dolph Ziggler since most of the show had be re-written anyway.

That is not the case. We have been told by multiple sources that the plan for several weeks was for Ziggler to cash in and win the WWE World title the day after Raw.

This was one of the reasons Ziggler had been doing so many jobs of late, with the belief being it would create interest in those talents chasing him for the belt since "they can beat him."

There were initial plans for a Jack Swagger title run but they fizzled quickly after his DUI arrest, we are told.
