Ric Flair was originally booked for three weeks of Raws, starting with last week's Pittsburgh, tonight in Philly and next week's in Washington, DC. Not sure why he didn't appear last week but it may have been due to creative plans changing. As noted, he was there this week and was pulled from the show.
As of this week, WWE has added a Raw pre-game show on their App hosted by Matt Striker. It will kick off at 7:30 PM Eastern. One of the elements they will be doing tonight with the App is having fans ask Ron Killings questions so he can respond via the App's video segments over the course of the night.
