In an update from yesterday's story, I heard from a reader that Time Warner Cable is listing the show as $54.99 for Standard and $64.99 for HD, but I checked their site and it's $59.99/$69.99.  I can tell you that Comcast, the nation's largest cable provider, is listing the show at $59.99/$69.99.  DirecTV is also listing it at the higher price.  Cox isn't listing the price yet.  Jeez, that is brutal.
