The promotions have events head to head on the Thursday and Friday of Wrestlemania weekend in different markets.

In the PWS release, they alleged that Rising's Shane Douglas offered to "double" Jack's pay to duck out on PWS and work for them instead.

On his Facebook Page, Jack wrote, "I just got offered a lot of money not to do PWS in April. F*** that. I'm true to my word. F*** that Extreme Fallen bullsh**. I'm done!"

Jack also claimed on his Facebook page that he would be working exclusively for PWS going forward and teased retirement at the end of 2013.
