WWE NXT Taping - Full Sail, Orlando Florida – January 10, 2012
Dark Matches
- Justin Gabriel vs Antonio Cesaro
Cesaro won with Swiss Death.
- Natalya vs Emma
Natalya won with Sharpshooter.
Episode 1
Round 1 of the NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament:
- The Wyatt Family w/ Bray Wyatt vs Yoshi Tatsu and Percy Watson
The Wyatt Family won with a discus clothesline on Watson by Harper.
- Alicia Fox vs Sasha Banks
Banks won by reversing a powerslam into an inside cradle.
- Jake Carter vs Corey Graves
Graves won with The 13th Step.
After the match, Graves cut a promo about being an outcast that is held down by management. He said he was cheated out of his NXT title shot and can't even get in the tag tournament. Because of this he will cause anarchy for all those involved. He ended the promo by saying that the next time he sees Alex Riley he will take him out.
Round 1 of the NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament:
- 3MB (Slater and McIntyre) vs Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey
Neville and Grey won with the Corkscrew SSP on McIntyre by Neville.
- Big E Langston vs Axl Keegan
Langston won with Big Ending.
Conor O'Brian appeared on screen during Langston's normal post match beat down. He said he was coming for the title and that "in two weeks I hope you will be present for 'The Awakening'".
Episode 2
Round 1 of the NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament:
- Derek Bateman and Alex Riley vs Kassius Ohno and Leo Kruger
Ohno and Kruger won by submission on Riley. Ohno used his leg to put Riley in a hammerlock, while he also had Riley in a Cravate.
After the match Graves jumped Riley.
- Sakamoto vs Mason Ryan
Ryan won with a Jackhammer.
- Aksana vs Paige
Paige won with a new submission.
The move looked like how Jericho used to do the Liontamer, but with the legs held like a Texas Cloverleaf.
While announcing Paige's victory, Summer Rae laid out Paige.
Round 1 of the NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament:
- Bo Dallas and Michael McGillicutty vs Primo and Epico w/ Rosa Mendez
Dallas and McGillicutty won with a belly-to-belly suplex on Primo by Dallas.
Episode 3
Semi-Finals of the NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament:
- Kassius Ohno and Leo Kruger vs Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey
Neville and Grey won with the Corkscrew SSP on Ohno by Neville.
- Mike Dalton vs "The Ascension" Connor O'Brian
O'Brian won with a flapjack followed up by a hogan leg drop.
After the match O'Brian did a five count on Dalton to mock Langston. This led to Langston coming to the ring for a stare down. The segment ended with Langston walking off after picking up Dalton and hitting him with the Big End, all while continuing to stare down O'Brian.
- Xaiver Woods vs El Local
Woods won with Lost in the Woods.
Semi-Finals of the NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament:
- Bo Dallas and Michael McGillicutty vs The Wyatt Family
The Wyatt Family won with a discus clothesline on McGillicutty by Harper while McGillicutty was distracted by Wyatt. Rowan got the pinfall.
After the match, Wyatt confronted Dallas before offering him a handshake. Dallas brushed it off. Wyatt started to walk off but stopped and sent the Wyatt Family back to the ring. They distracted Dallas so that Wyatt could attack him from behind. Wyatt laid Dallas out with a swinging flatliner and then shook his hand.
Post Taping
Shawn Michaels was the special guest for this taping. He started off by putting over the roster and importance of winning the tag titles. Shawn kept saying Triple H wouldnt come out, because he was too busy in the back. Eventually Triple H did come out. As did Kevin Nash, X-Pac and Billy Gunn. Daimen Sandow intrupted them all and the whole thing turned into a play off of the Raw 1000 segment. Sandow demanded an apology for what DX did to him that night, instead they joked around back and forth for a while, until getting Sandow to do the cartwheel. As he did so, Shawn hit him with a super kick.

- Alberto Del Rio was announced for the next taping, on January 31, 2013.
- Matches announced for the next taping are: O'Brian vs Langston, Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey vs The Wyatt Family to crown the first NXT Tag Team Champions, Paige vs Summer Rae.
- El Local was Ricardo Rodriguez under a mask.
