HULK HOGAN SEX TAPE LAWSUIT UPDATE

A hearing in Hulk Hogan's lawsuit against Gawker Media and several other defendants regarding Hogan's attempt to get an injunction to pull clips of the sex tape featuring himself and Heather Clem down off Gawker.com has been pushed back to 11/13 from 11/8.

Hogan's side requested the new date due to Hogan's primary counsel not being available on 11/8 due to another case he is involved in causing a conflict.

Gawker's attorneys did not contest pushing the hearing back.

While Hogan has settled his suit with Bubba the Love Sponge, the suits against Heather Clem and Gawker continue.
