This week’s show starts off with a look back at last week’s brawl between CM Punk and Vince McMahon and the appearance of Ryback to confront Punk. Then we see John Cena send Punk into the ring to face Ryback. Who will Punk choose tonight?

We are live from Nashville, Tennessee and your announcers are Michael ‘Decision 2012’ Cole and Jim ‘Fang Fingers’ Ross.

We start things off with Big Show and he has something to say.

He says two weeks ago he was in this very ring for a debate. A debate that was a clever joke put together by Booker T and Sheamus to make him look foolish. It was the fans who are the fools because everyone tells him to look out for the Brogue Kick. It is time to take a look at what happens when you try to Brogue Kick a giant. We see Show push Sheamus over the top rope to the floor.

Show says that he loves that look on Sheamus’ face. It was the look of someone who is in way over his head. Then at Smackdown, we had another ‘scientific’ challenge. Which is stronger, the Brogue Kick or the KO Punch. Show says that he did not want to participate because he did not want to embarrass Sheamus. Time to go to the video tape.

Show wants to know if he has everyone’s attention. In two weeks, he won’t be punching a machine. He will be hitting the World Champion. He will KO Sheamus and become the World Champion.

So he does not have to hear any more vile garbage about his last World Title reign. He tells people not to tweet him fella. Show will correct that mistake right here . . . tonight.

He says that he wants Daniel Bryan right now. One punch and one pin and he erases this.

Daniel Bryan does not come out.

We see Kane, R Truth, Zack Ryder, Santino Marella, Justin Gabriel, Aksana, and Little Jimmy watching Daniel Bryan.

Daniel says that he will not indulge Show.

AJ says that Show has a good idea. She reminds Daniel that he has called her quirky and unpredictable.

Bryan asks Kane if he is going to go out there to help him and Kane laughs.

Bryan chants ‘NO’ as he goes through the back.

Match Number One: Big Show versus Daniel Bryan in a Forget about the Forty-Five Seconds Match

Show charges at Bryan and he punches him. Bryan crawls to the corner and Show with another punch and chop to the midsection. Show with a head butt. Bryan with kicks to the leg but Show grabs Bryan and pushes him over the top rope to the floor and we are at forty-five seconds as we go to commercial.

We are back and Show stands over Bryan, who is on his knees and Bryan holds his ribs. Bryan with forearms but Show with a bear hug. While Show has Bryan in the bear hug, we see footage of Big Show’s spear on Daniel Bryan. Bryan tries to fight out of the hold with elbows to the head. Show throws Bryan to the mat.

Show with a running butt splash into the corner but Bryan with a drop kick to the knee and both men are down. Bryan with kicks of No to Show’s chest. Bryan with a round kick to the head and Bryan gets a near fall and he almost sends Bryan through the ropes when he kicks out.

Bryan sets for the running drop kick into the corner and he hits it. Bryan goes for a second one and he makes contact but Show stays on his feet. Bryan goes up top but Show catches Bryan by the throat and hits the choke slam for the three count.

Winner: Big Show

After the match, Kane’s pyro goes off but is Kane going to confront Big Show or laugh at the man who am the Tag Team Champions?

Show sets for the knockout punch on Bryan but Kane gets in the ring and stands between Show and Bryan. Show leaves the ring and Kane has something to say to Bryan.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Paul Heyman is in the ring with the title belt and something covered on an easel.

Paul introduces himself and he says that he is honored to be able to introduce a man who carries himself in the ring with the same dignity and integrity he carries himself outside the ring. Tonight, live on Raw, he will choose the man he will face at Hell in a Cell. Paul reminds us that it is Day 330 of the Occupation of the WWE Championship.

CM Punk makes his way to the ring.

Last week was a perfect microcosm of his life. Someone acts out of turn and disrespects him and he takes care of them. He does not care who it is. He does not care if it is John Cena or the Rock. He does not care if it is any number of people in the crowd. If you disrespect him verbally or physically, he will put someone down. Last week it was Vince McMahon’s turn to find out why he is the Best in the World.

Punk says that it was sad and pathetic last week. He tried to make everything about Vince. Punk says that the show does not revolve around one guy, but Vince makes it seem that way. Last week, he slapped Vince in the face.

Punk reminds us that he slapped the owner of the company and then Vince found his magical grapefruits. Vince put on a good fight, but Punk says that he victimized Vince so much that we will never see Vince McMahon compete in this very ring ever again.

Punk says that it takes two superstars to save Vince from him. Then Vince backs him into a corner, telling him that he has to select his opponent for Hell in a Cell.

Punk says that he wants everyone to see what Vince McMahon and the people in the back think of him. We look at the Hell in a Cell poster.

He asks if he is the devil. Comparatively speaking, he is an angel compared to everyone else in the building. This is how he was treated and Punk says that we know that devils do not exist. He says that we can pretend that devils exist.

Punk talks about the devil that he does not know. He mentions Ryback. He is a man who inserted himself into this conversation. Then there is the devil that he knows. It is a man he has broken physically and mentally. He is John Cena.

Which superstar will cement his legacy inside Hell in a Cell. Is the One armed man with ten WWE Titles to his name or is it the ‘Next Big Thing’ in the WWE?

A picture is worth a thousand words. Punk says that he will reveal who he will face at Hell in a Cell. Punk demands decorum and respect as he unveils his opponent.

Punk lifts up the corner of the cover but since the people are so disrespectful, he will need some more time to think about it. Punk says that he has all of the time in the world, so he will go back to the drawing board to rethink his decision.

Vince McMahon’s music plays and he makes his way onto the stage.

Vince says that he hoped that Punk would have learned something about respect last week. Vince says that he hopes that Punk will respect what he has to say. Vince says that Punk blew his chance so Vince will be the one to make the decision for Punk.

Tonight, there will be a contract signing when Vince will announce the name of the person who will face CM Punk at Hell in a Cell. Punk’s fate at Hell in a Cell is in Vince’s hands and he tells Punk to respect that.

Paul and Punk have a conversation about Vince’s decision.

We go to commercial.

We are back with the Slam of the Week: Alberto Del Rio telling everyone he is the new Apex Predator . . . before Randy Orton slithered into the ring to confront Del Rio and the unnecessary attack on Ricardo Rodriguez.

Match Number Two: Alberto Del Rio versus Brodus Clay

They lock up and Del Rio backs Clay into the corner and he kicks Clay in the ribs. Clay punches Del Rio in the corner. Clay tries for the Sheeeplex but Del Rio with elbows. Clay sends Del Rio to the floor with a shoulder. Del Rio with a running enzuigiri and a drop kick for a near fall.

Del Rio starts to work on the arm and applies a key lock. Clay gets to his feet and he punches Del Rio. Alberto with kicks and punches to the arm. He applies an arm bar but Clay with punches. Clay with a head butt to the chest. Clay misses a splash into the corner and Del Rio with a step up enzuigiri to the back of the head followed by an arm breaker and he applies the cross arm breaker and Clay taps out.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

Punk wants to know who Vince McMahon is to take away his choice at Hell in a Cell. Paul says that he thinks he is Vince McMahon. You can win the battle, but you will not win the war. Punk says that if anyone can do it, it will be him. Punk tells Heyman to tell Vince that he will have to beat Punk to be able to make the decision.

Paul wants to make sure that Punk wants him to tell this to Vince McMahon. He tells Paul to go.

Match Number Three: Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Darren Young and Titus O’Neil

The match is joined in progress and Young with a reverse chin lock on Santino. Titus tags in and he kicks Santino. Santino makes the tag to Ryder and he punches Titus. Titus with an Irish whip but he runs into knees from Ryder and Ryder with a missile drop kick. Ryder with a running forearm into the corner and then he hits the Broski Boot. Ryder gets a near fall but Young breaks up the cover.

Young with the gutbuster to Santino. Ryder with the Rough Ryder to Young, but he is not the legal man in the ring. Titus with Clash of the Titus for the three count.

Winners: Darren Young and Titus O’Neil

Heath Slater, Jinder Mahal, and Drew McIntyre come to the ring and they are in street clothes. They attack Santino and then they go after Ryder.

Drew says that is how it is done. Jinder says that it is time to celebrate. Slater says that it is time to put music back into The Music City.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we see CM Punk’s premature announcement of his pick for his opponent at Hell in a Cell. Then Vince plays Chairman of Buzzkill and takes Punk’s option.

Vickie Guerrero makes her way onto the stage with Dolph Ziggler. She says that her client has something very important to say.

Dolph takes the mic and he wants to get this straight. Ryback is a candidate for a WWE Title Match? Does everyone know what he had to go through to earn the Money in the Bank. Night in and night out he does what he does best, he steals the show. That wasn’t enough. He had to defeat seven other superstars in one of the most brutal ladder matches. That was when he earned the Money in the Bank Contract.

Ryback is a flash in the pan. In two months, you won’t remember his name. You will remember Dolph’s name. If anyone deserves a WWE Title Match, it is him. Dolph says that he wants to face CM Punk at Hell in a Cell and then cash in and win the World Title in the same night.

David Otunga comes out and he says that Dolph makes a good point about Ryback. It doesn’t take a Harvard law degree to see that Ryback doesn’t deserve a title match. Dolph does not deserve one either. It is time to give the person who is both mentally and physically impressive.

Not someone who hangs out in the back with his mother. Otunga says that he deserves the title match.

AJ’s music plays and she skips to her spot on the stage. She tells Dolph, David, and Vickie that they all have a right to their opinion. Instead of expressing it verbally, they can express it physically. They will be part of a two on one handicap match against Ryback.

Match Number Four: Ryback versus David Otunga and Dolph Ziggler (with Vickie Guerrero)

Ziggler starts off and he hits a drop kick when Vickie distracts Ryback. Ryback with a clothesline and he stands over Ziggler. Ziggler tags in Otunga who wasn’t smart enough to leave the ring. Otunga drops Ryback on the top rope and then he hits a backpack stunner. Ziggler thinks about interfering but he shows that you don’t need a Harvard education to know better than to face Ryback. Dolph and Vickie leave and Ryback with the Marching Musclebuster for the three count.

Winner: Ryback

Vince McMahon is in his office and he is on the phone. Paul Heyman enters and Vince says that a swarm of locust has descended on Nashville. Paul says that Punk is not doing well because he is coming up against Vince. No one wants to come up against Vince.

Paul mentions Punk’s offer. He talks about the Herculean way that Vince held his own against CM Punk last week and he mentions Punk’s challenge. Since Vince never backs down from a challenge, he makes the challenge that he face Vince. If Punk gets the victory, then Vince would consider to allow Punk to choose his opponent for Hell in a Cell.

Vince agrees to the match, but he tells Vince that the match is not against Punk. The match is with Paul Heyman. Vince yells at Paul to get out of his sight.

Vince says that he loves being himself.

Matt Striker stops AJ in the back and he reminds AJ of what Daniel Bryan and Kane did to him. Matt says that he would like for Kane and Bryan to apologize to him. He says that it is crazy and nuts the way that Kane and Bryan . . .

AJ thinks that Matt called her crazy. She says that Matt deserves an apology. He can have it after his match against Kane.

We go to commercial.
