HOGAN ATTEMPTING TO TRACK DOWN WHOEVER LEAKED SEX TAPE

An attorney representing Hulk Hogan filed an official request with the Clearwater Police Department in Florida yesterday, asking detectives to help Hogan learn who recorded him without permission in the sex tape with Heather Clem that leaked.

Of course, TMZ.com reported yesterday that the tape was indeed filmed by Clem's ex-husband, Bubba the Love Sponge. The same day the legal papers were filed, Hogan was on the Howard Stern show and stated he and Bubba were still "great friends". Time will tell how long that statement rings true.
