MORE ON LINDA HOGAN ARREST

Linda Hogan had been hospitalized for two days prior to her DUI arrest with an e coli infection, according to her attorney in a New York Daily News piece on her arrest earlier this week. He claimed that she had two glasses of champagne at a party and the medication exacerbated the effects of the alcohol.

Hogan's attorney also stated that the leaking of footage from her ex-husband's sex tape did not play a part in the issue. He noted they specifically had no comment on the tape and that Linda and Hulk have moved on and are working to be "caring parents".
