BOUND FOR GLORY HEADING FOR MOVIE THEATERS, KNOXVILLE TAPING NOTES, DON WEST ON STARS WARS BLU RAY (SORT OF) AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2011-09-20 10:31:53
There are plans for Bound for Glory to be screened via closed circuit in movie theaters. I don't have any additional information as of this writing.

TNA is working hard internally to get tomorrow's TV Taping in Knoxville, TN filled. The word we are hearing is that locally, all the major radio stations have been given a ton of comps to give away via promotions. TNA has been providing talent for interviews with Velvet Sky, Matt Morgan and others all over the radio this week. Eric Young is doing a media tour over the next two days as well.

Will Ferrel's Saturday Night Live parody of Don West from his Home Shopping days pops up on the new Star Wars blu-ray set. One of the features is a 90 minute collection of SW Spoofs, so they've included a sketch where "West" and his cronies have kidnapped Mark Hamill to sell him to viewers.

TNA has released a really, really nice piece in a signed and framed No Surrender PPV poster, signed by the 12 men who had placed in the Bound for Glory Series for $149. TNA does a great job with the unique collectible merchandise. To check it out, click here.
