LINDA GETTING BACK IN THE POLITICAL RING?, HALL OF FAME, WWE IN ILLINOIS AND MORE

The Washington Post noted today that Linda McMahon will make a decision on whether to run for a Connecticut Senator seat in the 2012 election over the course of the next month. Thanks to everyone who sent that along.

Devin Cutting reporting....WWE returns to the Prairie Capital Convention Center in Springfield, Illinois on July 31st, 2011 at 5 PM.

WWE returns to the Hulman Center in Terre Haute, Indiana on July 31st, 2011 at 5 PM. Tickets go on sale June 18th, 2011 at 10 AM.

WWE's UK DVD distributor Silvervision announced they were cutting back on WWE Blu-Ray releases due to lack of interest (i.e. lack of sales) of titles in that format. Going forward, only several major PPVs will be released in Blu-Ray in that market.

The Archivist job we mentioned yesterday is for the planned WWE Hall of Fame physical venue, which is in the planning stages.
