Triple H's appearance on Robot Chicken aired last night. The sketch was actually a send-up of the recent Raw guest hosts with Triple H offering to "take his belt and go home" since no one wanted to face him. Child actor Dakota Fanning arrived to promote a children's film, then promptly attacked Triple H to start a match. The punchline was that John Cena arrived (Cena didn't do any work on this) and double-crossed her and the show "went off the air" with them bloodying her with a chair as they promoted the kid's film.
The Marine 2 starring Ted DiBiase will be released in time for the holiday shopping season on DVD and Blu-Ray. It's been pushed up from a 2010 release for that reason.
Advertising website ClickZNews.com featured a piece today on the Gillette-WWE online ad campaign at this link. The article noted the video series, which will feature John Cena, Cody Rhodes and Chris Jericho, will run for four months with five videos for each talent involved showing grooming tips.
Promolast Events sent the following....As
you know, we are building towards our Fanfest convention in Atlanta in 2010, and
Lex's upcoming appearance at the NWA Legends Fanfest in Charlotte, NC on August
8th is going to support that. Lex wanted to do some really cool, interactive
things for the fans leading up to the show and at the show itself, which is why
we are having a live ustream.tv
videochat with Lex before Raw tomorrow night at 8PM EST. I would appreciate it
if you could let your readers know that they can participate by simply logging
onto
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/promolast-events at 8PM EST Monday night, and
tweeting their questions @promolast (www.twitter.com/promolast) or via the
ustream.tv chatroom for Lex to
respond.
