The topic of sites like Justin.tv streaming WWE PPVs for free in real time is something we have been talking about on Elite audio this week. For those who have asked, WWE Legal is aware of the streams on Justin.tv and on other other sites like it and have been shutting down the feeds. Those sites are definitely on the WWE radar, as they should be. I have been told that they are taking the same approach to these sites that they are to WWE copyrighted material being posted on YouTube.
Dave Batista appears on the Starz show "Head Case" tonight at 10 p.m. ET. I saw an advanced screening of it. He plays himself, as a "patient" of the psychiatrist lead character. He told her he was referred by "Vinny Mac", who she said she has been treating for years.
The Mirror in the UK has posted the final part of their interview with Bret Hart. In it, he talked about how many people were saying that Andrew "Test" Martin was in danger of passing away more than a year before it actually happened. He said the only way to have stopped him from dying would have been to put him in a "straightjacket". He also talked about the state of drug use in the business today. For anyone interested in keeping up with the latest "exxxploits" of Shelly Martinez, the former ECW voluptuous vampire will be on the Cinemax show Co-Ed Confidential 3 tonight. The episode will air from 12:05 am - 12:35 am Friday night/ Saturday morning. Towards the end of the episode, the one time sinful succubus will compete in a wet T-shirt contest.
