The Akron Beacon Journal in Ohio reported today that Jesse Johnson, the 18 year old accused of impersonating a police officer while pulling over WWE star Batista in a failed bid to get an autograph, has been charged with impersonation before, once serving a 179 jail sentence. His last sentence included an agreement that he would stay out of trouble for at least two years, but apparently that's out the window.
