In the first pitch of the night we had a duo come out to pitch for the product Hero Covers. The Duo is in a superhero outfit. Some sparkler pyro goes off behind the duo and Goldberg Walks in. He does put both of them into a headlock and then they all get back to the pitch.
They are seeking 250K for 5% of the company.
They sell a high end car cover that looks like the car you own for almost 750 bucks and are looking to do over 1.2 Million in sales this year.
Goldberg says he owns 5% of the company.
A bidding war starts for a stake in the company and deals starts getting better and better as all 5 make an offer. Kevin keeps making his offer better and better to squeeze out the other sharks until it is down to a 5% stake in the company and a 50 dollar royalty until his 250K is back. The duo came back with a counter of 1 million for all 5 sharks and a 20% stake in the company that quickly is shut down. The duo in the end picks Kevin and his offer.
