NWA POWERRR Gets Primetime Rebroadcast Thurs., Nov. 5
It was a Halloween trick when technical difficulties preempted the National Wrestling Alliance’s scheduled 4PM Saturday broadcast of NWA POWERRR on Comet TV. Fans finally get the Treat this Thursday, with a special 8PM Primetime opportunity to catch up on NWA POWERRR!
NWA POWERRR airs at 4PM and Midnight (3PM & 11PM CT) every Saturday, free on Comet TV. However, network technical issues prevented the airing of Saturday’s schedule 4PM Halloween special.
The episode will air again in its entirety on Thursday, Nov. 5, at 8PM (7PM CT). Fans will be treated to two NWA title defenses, a No Disqualification Grudge match, and the return of a controversial star, now taking place in Primetime and absolutely free on Comet.
In the Main Event, Pretty Empowered — sisters Kylie & Kenzie Paige — defend the NWA World Women’s Tag Championships against Mackenzie Morgan and Liviyah. Beset by in-fighting and family drama heightened by their NWA 78 triple-threat match against WWE superstar Nattie Neidhart, the sisters face NWA’s newest female signings in a two-out-of-three falls battle for the belts.
NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Hayden Backlund puts his title on the line against “The Face” Damian Fenrir. And Carson Drake returns to in-ring solo action for the first time since a controversial injury stopped his pursuit of NWA Worlds Champion “Thrillbilly” Silas Mason cold.
The episode kicks off with The SlimeBallz taking on former NWA World Tag Champions Blunt Force Trauma. After weeks of interfering in one-another’s matches, the teams go to war in a No DQ Grudge Match!
The episode also features King Trevor Murdoch The First’s Royal Court, NWA World Women’s Champion “La Princesa” Tiffany Nieves with Television’s Most Attractive (TVMA), and a brand new episode of “It’s Me: The Carson Drake Experience” podcast.
This special Thursday Primetime airing is in addition to an all-new NWA POWERRR, slated for its traditional 4PM broadcast time on Saturday, November 7. Additional details about that episode, including matches and more, available soon on all NWA social media.
NWA POWERRR airs FREE every Saturday at 4PM and Midnight (3PM & 11PM CT) on Comet TV. Catch up any time on Tubi.
