Attorneys for Kevin Robertson aka former WWE NXT star Keanu Carver filed for a continuance today in court in Seminole County, Florida regarding the protective order filed against him by a WWE NXT talent PWInsider.com is not naming.
The court agreed to that continuance (it was not opposed by attorneys for the woman who filed for the order) and set a new hearing for 11/17 at 9 AM.
The order of protection remains in place, which would be the standard procedure when there is a continuance.
As previously reported, Robertson was served with an order of protection by someone he had previously been romantically involved with, as he allegedly stalked her and engaged in domestic violence.
The talent filed for the order on 9/14 and it was ruled on 9/22 during a court hearing that the order would continue. The November hearing would be a review of that order.
As of this writing, Roberts has not been charged criminally.
Roberts was released by WWE within days of the situation becoming known publicly. He has also deleted all social media accounts.
