I was recently watching a documentary on Hooters employees who had been murdered and whether the restaurant chain do enough to protect these women - and it made me think about all the WWE incidents over the last year. D you think WWE does enough?
I don't think anyone can ever do enough, but the problem is how can you be in all places at all times - including talents at home and on private time - to always provide security and assistance. I am, quite frankly, always worried for talents and I have written a number of times about my fear that someone is going to die. The same day you sent this question, there was video footage on social media of a fan at Randy Orton's home trying to get Orton to give him a private meet and greet. It was an obvious breach of privacy and was disgusting, even more disturbing if you wonder what would have happened if that person had traveled there to cause Orton harm, the way people have attempted to do to Daria Rae and Liv Morgan in the past.
Why did TNA change the start time of Bound for Glory to 4:30 PM? Money in the Bank is the day before, so it's not like they're gonna be opposed by any competition.
The company has found they like starting earlier. That's literally the reason. It's about being able to be done earlier for everyone - and the start time is 4 PM Eastern now.
In watching ECW, I was wondering who designed the swinging scaffold for Tommy Dreamer's High Incident match?
I kid you not. It was The Sandman who designed it and then constructed the structure.
Whatever happened to Kamille in AEW...again?
They brought her back timed for the American Gladiators series on Prime Video and then she was gone again. I know she and her husband Thom Latimer have a wrestling academy, but beyond that I haven't heard anything about her returning to AEW. There would be a second season of Gladiators coming that has yet to debut.
I watching The Wrestler with Mickey Rourke and have a silly question. The opening of the film has a montage of photos meant to be the height of his glory. Obviously, these are not a younger Mickey Rourke, so who is it?
The production acquired photos of Lex Luger from Luger's prime taken by the legendary George Napolitano, then used photoshopping techniques to make it appear it was Rourke' Randy the Ram character.
Who runs Wrestling Revolver?
Sami Callihan is the promotion, booker and producer for the company. He's very much a one man band in that regard.
