Variety is reporting that Black Bear have named Dan Cohen as Head of Television Distribution.
They will also be launching Black Bear Digital Networks, "a unit geared to help large independent content owners monetize their shows a la syndication across a range of channels."
One of their inaugural clients is National Wrestling Alliance as well as Tubi and Sinclair Networks.
