RAW was a bit of a mixed bag this week. And it’s not that the shows are bad, it’s just feeling like AEW more and more to me with them doing stuff for the sake of doing stuff.
I said that on the show with Eps last Saturday. The wrestling is solid. But the booking? Overall, argh.
Couldn’t Raquel Rodriguez just as easily have interfered in Roxanne’s match, caused a DQ and we could have had the same segment closing beat down?
Yes, yes she could have. But HHH would probably say, if he would address it at all, that she wanted Roxie to get the win on her own so she didn’t interfere.
It would have spared Roxanne yet another loss, since they maybe should, I dunno, make her look somewhat strong heading into MITB?
The Judgment Day sure does do a lot of losing lately.
Speaking of losing, how about that body stacking bad ass, Big Cass? Seriously, WTF ? The current booking style just feels so Vince-like; the shine is off the new arrival and your booking takes a nosedive.
It sure does. Cass is a killer! Cass loses to a guy 18 inches shorter than him and a hundred pounds lighter! He’s a killer!
J’Von Evans should be thanking Dominic Mysterio for not letting him fly into the front row off that over-the-barrier dive by the timekeeper’s table. The “Young OG” overshot that one.
He should, Evans really needs to tones some of his crazy down.
The show closing brawl was fun, Jacob and Keys were the highlight; as Big E would say, two meaty men throwing meat. So, ignoring the fact that all members of 946 should be in jail after the last few weeks with arson, kidnapping, now maybe attempted murder, does the Bloodline need to add a female member to combat Jaida Parker?
Oh yeah, they have to for sure. They need to counter Jaida.
As Jacob might say, someone needs to “ dog walk that m’fer “ , and despite her transgression, they really need to recruit a female to do it.
Or a police officer. She ran him over with a car! Man, they make it hard to give them creative license.
