AEW's Tony Schiavone stated the following on the currently broadcasting All Out PPV:
"I I know that we are all concerned about the condition of Steven Borden, and Tony Khan has given me some information that I think is very important to give to you. Steve Borden is conscious. He's responsive. He's arrived at the hospital. He's going to be evaluated, and Tony just talked to Jason Lopez on our who's on our medical team. And J-Lo said that right now the doctor has arrived and they are waiting for him to walk in right now."
Schiavone later announced Borden underwent a CATScan and was able to speak about the match he was involved in.
Borden's match was stopped by the referee after he was hurt during a mid-air collision.
Chris Nowinski wrote on Twitter that it appeared Borden suffered a concussion that saw him knocked out and fencing:
