Welcome to AEW Collision coverage on TBS from Indianapolis. I am filling in for Cory Strode.
The show opened with AEW Champion Will Ospreay saying once upon a time, there wasn't an AEW and he's thankful for everyone who has made AEW what it is. As long as there's been an AEW, there's been a Jon Moxley. He said he wanted to thank Moxley for the guidance and for being the Ace of the promotion. He thanked Moxley for breaking him and making Ospreay the man he is today. He said everything he's endured and learned from Moxley that is going to stick with him is that the AEW title is what it's all about. The belt represents what being a champion is all about. He told Moxley he's the challenger this time and Ospreay is the champion. He said Moxley was the one being dumped in the ocean with a Great White.
Moxley, who had been on commentary for the Dynamite main event, entered the ring and took the ring mic. He said that looking across the ring, does Ospreay feel like the champion? Gabe Kidd tried to attack Ospreay but missed and was laid out. Ospreay and Moxley faced off. Ospreay said, "Do I feel like the champion? You're damn f***ing right."
They face off in 72 hours on my birthday in the main event of All Out in Chicago.
Ospreay and Speedball Bailey headed to the back.
Backstage, Jack Perry said he called out Samoa Joe. He was told that he had to face off with Katsuyori Shibata to get to Joe. So, he's going to have to scratch and claw and survive Shibata.
Renee Paquette interviewed AEW Women's Tag Team Champions The Brawling Birds and their PPV challengers, former champions Divine Dominion. Someone set up a table with cookies. Renee questioned what this was. Divine Dominion said this was from them. It was so the champions can pretend they are catered to and are special. They don't deserve to be the champions and their claim to be undefeated is a stretch. They've defeated each champion in singles matches and they will destroy them in a Street Fight. The Birds drank some tea and said may the best team win. They smashed a teapot over Megan Bayne's head. There were a brief brawl with the table being overturned, Dominion slammed the champs in unison on the stage, which created an evil sounding thud.
In footage from after last week. Roderick Strong told the other members of the Conglomeration that he was tired of being a good guy and he doesn't want to be happy for anyone else. He questioned why should be happy Brodido and Hangman Page beat them? Screw them.
Kevin Knight & Kyle Fletcher with Don Callis vs. The Outrunners with Dalton Castle
Fletcher ran through a body block from Floyd and absolutely destroyed him with a running boot. A flying corner forearm connected, as Knight tagged in and the Callis Family duo immediately showcased their lightning-quick teamwork. The Outrunners eventually started to mount a comeback, hitting an assisted spinning back suplex on Knight before signaling for the Son of a B**ch elbow. Fletcher, however, pulled Floyd to the floor and sent him crashing into the steel steps. Magnum was worked over in the corner, but eventually put on the brakes and sent Knight flying over the top rope. Fletcher popped Magnum with a leaping leg lariat to the floor, as Knight followed up by leaping off the apron with a clothesline, allowing the Callis Family to remain in control heading into the commercial break. Fletcher escaped a bodyslam attempt from Floyd and countered into a Half and Half suplex. A Helluva Kick and Brainbuster followed, before Knight came flying in with a UFO Splash to score the victory.

Renee Paquette attempted to interview the winners, but Fletcher told her they had it from there and addressed Darby Allin and Steven Borden, telling them they’re running into the fire, but they’re about to get burned this Saturday. Regardless of whether Allin and Borden are on the same page, Fletcher declared that All Out will be a cakewalk. Too easy for Too Fly and The Protostar, who will become the new top contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. Darby Allin’s music hit, but RPG Vice appeared at the stage, seemingly waiting to ambush him. Allin and Borden never emerged, though, as Allin’s voice could instead be heard screaming from the rafters, just like Borden's dad Sting. He explained that they weren’t running....they were waiting for All Out. They aren’t stupid enough to walk into an ambush with the 50 members of the Don Callis Family waiting to jump them. Allin then asked Knight if he had learned his lesson from the last time they fought, holding up the TNT Championship for emphasis. Knight fired back that Allin only won because of the “Borden Bunch,” promising that this Saturday, they would be playing by their rules. Knight again called the match a cakewalk, prompting Allin to fire back: is that because it’s only Steve’s third match? Allin then warned that when this rookie beats Knight, nobody should call it an upset.
The announcers ran down the All Out card for Saturday.
Chris Jericho came to the ring. The announcers noted Jericho had beaten Nick Wayne last week, but they saw something special out of Wayne. Jericho took the mic and said he beat Nick Wayne clean in the ring but he was kicked right in the plums. Jericho didn't like that but what he did like is that Wayne took advantage of an opportunity and made it work. So, he's giving Wayne a chance to come to the ring and stand face to face against Jericho tonight. A confident Wayne came to the ring in a black suit and stood on the ring apron with a mic. Jericho asked if he was scared Jericho would kick the rope when he entered. Wayne said it was actually him having a brain in his head. He said he was a smart guy and a damn good looking one. He didn't believe Jericho just wanted to talk. Anyone who ever trusted Jericho ended up with a knife in their back. Jericho admitted it was a fair point. He said Nick took an opportunity and that's what it takes to become the champion. He asked why Wayne has such an issue with him. They started their careers the same way, as teenagers and traveled the world. He said Wayne was just like he used to be, an egotistical son of a b**tch.
Jericho asked him if he knew who Nick Bockwinkel was. Wayne said of course he would know. Jericho asked Bockwinkel to watch his match and was told he was too fast and did too many moves. He blew off the advice but looking back, what if he had taken the advice. Would he have been a World Champion quicker if Jericho wasn't full of himself. Wayne asked if he meant Wayne was full of himself. He said he never should have lost to Jericho and it will never happen again. He said wrestling is all he has ever known and Jericho doesn't have anything to teach him. He's been training since he was 9. All he learned was he might have to change who he is to beat Jericho. He challenged Jericho to face him at Grandslam France. They went face to face and Jericho accepted, but warned him he's just a kid who's going to get the sh** kicked out of him again.
Renee Paquette interviewed Hyan. Britt Baker and Persephone took out her partner, so she introduced her new partner, Thunder Rosa. They'll see Britt next week in Pittburgh.
Queen Aminata with Mina Shirakawa vs. Skye Blue with Julia Hart
Mercedes Mone joined the announcing team.
Aminata and Blue showed their familiarity with one another in the early going, countering each other’s attempts and repeatedly preventing the other from gaining an advantage. The two eventually exchanged strikes, with Aminata connecting with a double overhand chop and snap suplex. Aminata stared down Mone before delivering Chocolate Kisses. Aminata attempted Off with Her Head, but Hart pulled Blue to safety on the floor. The distraction allowed Blue to drive Aminata repeatedly into the steel steps before confronting Shirakawa. Blue brought Aminata back up the steps and delivered a suplex that sent her crashing to the floor as the match went to a commercial break.
Aminata battled back with a snap German suplex and lunging corner boot before hitting a double stomp from the middle rope for a two-count, with Blue reaching the ropes. Blue attempted a Tornado DDT from the ropes, but Aminata countered into a snap Fisherman’s Suplex for another near fall. Aminata climbed to the top rope, but Hart distracted her from the apron. Aminata missed the top rope double stomp, leading to a series of near falls. Blue eventually caught Aminata with a pump kick and running knee for a close two count. Aminata avoided Code Blue, absorbed a slap and responded with a Queen’s Crown headbutt before hitting Off with Her Head to score the victory and extend her winning streak to three matches.

Hart attacked Aminata, but Shirakawa entered the ring to make the save. The babyfaces began fighting back until Thekla entered and cleared the ring. Triangle of Madness continued their attack until Willow Nightingale’s music played and she rushed to the ring, forcing the heels to retreat. Blue prevented Thekla from taking a Death Valley Driver, as Nightingale and Thekla then stared down Mone, who stood atop the commentary desk holding the AEW Women’s World Championship overhead.
Backstage, Britt Baker and Persephone discussed Hyan and Thunder Rosa, who challenged them to a match in "Brittsburgh" next week. Baker and Persephone accepted the challenge. Persephone then stated that she is willing to defend her championship against anyone at All Out except Hyan, Rosa and Maya World.
Ace Austin vs. Pac
Austin showcased his athleticism early with a cartwheel into an arm drag, but Pac quickly answered with one of his own. Austin regained control with a drop toe hold and low enzuigiri before performing squats with Pac in the fireman’s carry position. Pac escaped by raking the eyes, only to be sent to the floor with a dropkick. Pac attempted to sweep Austin’s legs, but Austin countered with a handstand on the apron into a PK. A slingshot crossbody then cleared the ring post and wiped out Pac on the floor. Back inside, Austin hit another fireman’s carry sequence into a Death Valley Driver before the match went to commercial, with PAC taking control and dominating the break.
Austin rallied with a high roundhouse kick and float-over slam before following with a spinning backdrop suplex, standing leg drop and flying corner lariats. Austin initially missed a springboard leg drop but connected on the second attempt for a near fall. Austin charged into the corner, but Pac countered with an overhead throw into the turnbuckles. Pac climbed to the top rope and connected with the Red Arrow to score the victory.

Following the match, Pac applied the Brutalizer after having his hand raised, but Switchblade Jay White rushed in and attacked him. The Dogs, alongside Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia, joined the assault until the rest of the Bang Bang Gang arrived to even the numbers. Pac reapplied the Brutalizer to Austin, prompting Andrade El Idolo to make his entrance. Pac released the hold and rolled to ringside, where Andrade blindsided him after hopping the barricade. Andrade then drove Pac into the crowd as the ensuing brawl brought the show to a close with All Out set for this Saturday.
