Why wouldn't they put the title on Penta?
Roman Reigns is earmarked to face Oba Femi at Wrestlemania 43 in Saudi Arabia (barring injury or stupidity), so my thought process is that WWE is going to want to keep him as strong as possible.

There isn't that I have heard, but New York Comic Con is coming and that's where the first one was announced, so you never know.

Any word whether WWE will run Madison Square Garden this December for the holidays?
I wouldn't expect any announcement, if they are, until after they run The Barclays Center in November for Raw and Smackdown. The try not to cross-promote shows in the same market for different venues so as not to confuse the audience.

AEW Revolution 2020 vs. Kenny Omega and Hangman Page is my personal favorite.
What were the best WCW and ECW PAY-PER-VIEWS of all time?
This is all subjective but ECW was Heatwave '98 and WCW, Great American Bash 1989 were the best in my opinion.
